got a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. the room is clean. but we will prefer the bathroom and toilet to have a partition separating from the bedroom. location is great. grocery store just around the corner, a busy bar downstairs and a nice fruit shop too.

Little Gaya Hotel is great for couples

Little Gaya Hotel is well located near many eateries, Jesselton, the airport and other bus station and many shopping malls. The staff are generally very helpful and the rooms with windows are large and well fitted for a mid range hotel. There are only about14 rooms so they are regularly fully booked. Would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect for Ferry

Had one night stay at Little gaya hotel. Wanted to be close to ferry in the morning to go to the island. Perfect location for ferry and nipping into kk! Room was very spacious way better than expected with ac!

Little Gaya Huge Value

Great. Comfort. Pleasant stay as the hotel is very close to other major attraction for tourist such as the infamous Sunday Market of Gaya Street, Jetty to island hopping at the Jesselton Point, KK Signal Observatory Hill.

Not too bad but a bit expensive.

Room not too bad but no Window and too expensive Compared to hotel shangri-la which was the same price and much better. Good bed I only chose this one because it was close to the jetty, to go on the islands.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, secure and safe.

The place is clean but maintenance is needed e.g. paint is chipped off walls. I like the fact the front door is kept locked. The rooms are spacious enough but there is some street noise. far enough away from mosques so you can sleep in. Safe place to leave luggage if leaving for a few days. Good value for the money.

Just a gentle reminder if u're taking a cab fm airport. Must really emphasized htl name very clearly. Since little gaya is not well known by everyone, we're brought to kinabalu daya htl instead.since there's a rd closure, d cab driver dropped us at d main rd and just pointed us d hotel direction..v disappointed, we have to use gps to find our own way to the correct htl n we've to walk at least another 15 mins to reach our destination.. no doubt its v near to suria mall but its quite far fm gaya ctr.. hotel itself quite pleasant, room very spacious n cosy with comfortable bed n pillows..but shower n wc is not practical. It was separated by a glass wall, washing basin is outside d toilet n make our daily routine inconvenient..apart fm this, everything is ok.. htl surrounding very quiet n peaceful..but no worries abt getting hungry..

simple & comfy

comfortable stay, a quiet hotel. bathroom is spacious, super amazing shower, very comfy bed, affordable price. if you are looking for something simple, this is your spot. only drawback is that the walls are thin, and room's a bit small.

乾淨，地理位置好

房間很大也很乾淨，地點就在shopping mall對面，離超市、雜貨店跟很多有名食店都很近，入口小、要上樓梯，不建議帶大件或重行李的旅客，我們住的201號房正對著工地，工地施工到晚上12點比較吵，熱水要先開著水喉幾分鐘放水才有，但水壓和熱度是可以的，冷氣有點而滴水，門卡鎖也用不了要麻煩櫃臺人員開門，都是一些小問題，總體來說也算不錯。

코타키나발루에 새벽에 도착해서 비싼 곳은 아까워서 이용했어요~ 근데 제셀톤포인트에서 엄청 가깝구요. 바로 옆에 마트도 있어요ㅋㅋ 위치는 진짜 짱이에요!

訂的是有窗雙人房型，房間很大乾淨，地理位置好就在China town的盡頭，離商場餐廳碼頭都近，唯獨大廳跟房間都在二樓沒有電梯，適合行李輕便的旅客！

새벽도착 하루만 묵었어요

첫날 도착해서 하룻밤 지냈는데 그랩 불러서 갔는데도 운전기사님이 못찾으셔서 당황했어요 ㅋㅋ 일층에 유리문 있고 이층이 호텔이어서 그 유리문을 잘 찾아야해요. 호텔보단.. 여관이나 모텔느낌이에요 ㅋㅋ 창문없지만 하룻밤이니까요뭐 제셀톤 포인트랑 가까워서 선택한거였는데 가까워서 좋았어요 올드타운화이트커피랑도 꽤 가깝고 가는길에 슈퍼들도 있더라구요 딱! 새벽도착 하룻밤 자는것만 추천이요
