Excellent and friendly customer service. The โ€˜roomโ€™ is clean, simple and comfortable. Itโ€™s all I need. Toilet is clean. There are massage chairs to chill at the common area. Will definitely choose this place again if i have to transit.

One can rest a bit as the place is fairly quiet unless when guests arrive and start talking. You can shower and also given a key to a locker to lock up your luggage so that you can freely roam the airport in search of eating places.

A very comfortable night sleep. The staff were lovely and the whole place was very clean. The only tiny issue was the airport announcements were inside the room as well and started at 5am, so bring ear plugs!

During the night, the A/C was too cool. I wish there are switch to control the temperature for every capsule or put any cover at A/C in the capsule so that we can close/open the cover of A/C whenever we like. and the water heater at shower room is not that warm/hot although the setting was already in max hot.
