Big house but no water.

No water supply. Even though stored water was provided, it is just not what one expect for vacation. The unit is large but somewhat old in furnishing. Things looks dull. I had to cancel a night and switch to another cause of the water issue. Managed to get refund. It managed by a decent group.

Good for family and friends

Stayed at this apartment for 3 days 2 nights, easy communication with the owner, only contacted her through Whatsapp and did not manage to see her face to face, thank for the excellent service. Overall stay was excellent but only disadvantages was no hose in the toilet.

Not a Pleasant Stay

The apartment is a bit run down. Firstly, the floor is very dusty and we need to mop the floor after we settle down our luggage. Secondly, there was only 1 lift was working throughout our stay, and we need to wait 10 to 15 mins for our turn to take the lift up and down. The worst part was the water pump which served to our block was keep tripping and caused us have difficulty to take bath after our long day journey. Even though the apartment owner reacted immediately once received our complaint, but they still can't do much on that because it was very much depended on the building maintenance team. In short, it was not a pleasant stay for us...........

Hard Rock Cafe

The hotel is just opposite the mall and we enjoyed our time at Hard Rock Café KK till it close. An evening stroll to the Philippine market will make you drool to the abundance of great seafood and local delicacies besides getting a good bargain of handicrafts.

Convenient location, good service&lovely apartment

The over all condition of the condo is not attractive at all. The car park, corridor and walls were dark and dirty. Pleasantly surprised our apartment was tastefully furnished and well eqquiped. The only down side is the very poor water pressure which made taking a shower a long and weary process. However it may be due to water disruption and construction going on. Bath mats would be an added plus.
