Disappointing stay, scruffy apartment, location ok

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if you're travelling as a group, you have to leave and arrive back at the same time which is quite limiting, especially for an appartment that can sleep 6. The apartment itself is quite scruffy, with limited effort having been made to clean it - cupboard shelves were all dirty and the countertop was really stained and it felt generally quite dingy. They also have bizarre blinds that do nothing to stop light flooding in so without an eye mask you'd have had bright lights from the communal building area opposite in your eyes all night. Location wise it was great for what we needed, you can get a very cheap taxi using the grab app, or it's a 25-30 minute walk to the waterfront bars or market. I would not stay here again for the price.

Property is pretty new, need to ensure a lock is installed at the balcony as it can be aeccable from the outside of the unit. Ensure CLEANED towels is provided. Had smelly towels delivered to us and there was no housekeeping on one of the day. Provide shower caps.

Best stay for FAMILY

The places was clean and look new. Good for big family to stay. A lot of restaurant and shop downstairs. Big shopping mall just right opposite walking distance 4 minutes. Good value for money.

Nice Room, poor service

The room was nice and it was a nice area. 24 hour shop downstairs and across from the shopping mall. Our only issue was with the service here. We sent a WhatsApp saying that there was an issue with our toilet and after they had come up to fix it we received messages basically giving out to us about it. They did apologise for this but when we told them the toilet was still not working correctly they just ignored us.

Very clean and good condition apartment.Staff was helpful and messaged us days before check in. Check in and check out was easy. The only bad point is the scenery outside the window -it was a dirty slum on stagnant water full of rubbish but it was also a good teaching point to the kids as they learn how other people live in poverty.

The building and the room is very new. It’s nearby downtown you can easily get a Grab to the city center and it only costs around 5RM. The staff cleaned our room every day when we were out and gave us clean towels. And the swimming pool is really nice. We contacted the staff on WhatsApp when we arrived the airport. And when we arrived the building, we still waited a round 10 minutes until the staff came downstairs to pick us up and do the check in. And because our flight of leaving was in the early morning, we need to check out around 4am the staff promised us she’s going to come to checked out around 3:40 but she didn’t show up until 4:10... so make sure you do a great arrangement with the staff. But the stay was really really nice 👍

It was a comfortable and great stay overall. We contacted the hotel/Service Apartment beforehand. They let us know how to get in through whatsapp and call. The interior was nice and new. Would recommend to others!

立地的にはとてもいい場所 チェックインカウンターがなく、施設の人との連絡が取りにくく、説明もわかりにくい。部屋の設備の不都合にも対応してくれずでした。 それ以外は慣れてしまえば使いやすいホテルでした。

노후화됐고 개미있음 근데 동남아 특성상 어쩔 수 없는 부분이라지만 청소는3일마다1번이라 수건교체못함. 셀프체크인이라 불편했음 미리 카톡으로 연락 주고받았어야했음. 화장실3개라 해놓고 그중2개는 변기/샤워실로 나뉜거였음. 수영장은 좋아서 사진 많이 남김. 저렴했지만 가성비가 좋진않았음
