Everything was good. Only suggestion. Didn’t really think it’s needed for someone to knock on my door in the afternoon to ask us if the room was cleaned to our liking. Think phone call would have been good. Was trying to take a nap in the afternoon when they came knocking on the door.

The room is alright but the services not that good. When I asked for some services, I had to repeat few times then the counter desk remembered to order the house attendant do it. The others were good and nice. The hoouse attendant doing nice and courteous!

The hotel were refurbished in 2018, however u can still see some hardware of the room is very dated. We were staying in the newly refurbished family room. Bed is a small double bed and has a separate room with bunk room. Aircon switch, bedside table were all very dated. Aircon was noisy too. The worse part was that most of the towels smells bad. It was towels that were placed in the bathroom for us to use. Sadly we will not return again.

Rooms are cosy, simple, well maintained and clean. They accommodated our request to be on a higher floor towards the end of the corridor. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient.
