We had a lovely 3 night stay in the hotel. It was clean and quiet, awesome pillows. The breakfast brunch had lots of choices and good coffee. Our late night flight back to Canada was cancelled so we headed back to the Kowloon Hotel at 5 am to see if they had 2 rooms we could book. The hotel was full but we got a room for the following night. We had been up for close to 30 hours, the desk clerk was very kind and allowed us into the upgraded rooms at 1030.

The staff are polite and very accommodating. Always asking if the room needs cleaning and if there's anything that I needed. The breakfast was adequate and had great options (hot and cold). The hotel is popular and there was a wait at check-in. I wish the lobby had more seating.

Excellent customer service, Lydia at the coffee shop and lunch buffet was exceptional. She even helped us to arrange dinner at the hotel. We hope to see the hotel updates soon for such a great location.

Smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. This was a ‘de-luxe’ room, other than bathrobe and slippers, there was nothing different from the standard room that we saw when there. Lovely HK staff, but really need to stay on top of deep cleaning between guests. The best thing…and probably what you’re paying for is the location, as well as a great breakfast buffet.
