I had read mixed reviews, including around the frequency of the room cleaning (every 3 days) bins are emptied daily, but my experience was good. For my part I’m quite happy to recycle my own towels for a couple of days as I would at home and pull up my own bed. It’s close to Star Ferry which was great.

Room as clean. They make the bed every 3 days but will take out the trash a replace towels everyday. The location is SUPER convenient! They have a water dispenser on the north building and self-service laundry room in the south building

Didn’t use provided breakfast but could have eaten in their cafeteria. Also many convenient restaurants nearby. Also Peninsula hotel across the street which is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong. Had tea there that was great. Staff was friendly and helped me with luggage, taxi and info on surrounding interests. First rate and reasonable price.

Excellent stay at this hotel . Very reasonably priced by Hong Kong standards , perfect location with great access to MTR , Kowloon , and Central Hong Kong island (via Star ferry, 2 minutes walk away ) Rooms to a good standard , comfy bed , toiletries , fluffy towels ( great after a long haul flight ) All staff efficient and helpful . I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I return

The location is really good. The building is the old, and the shower was a bit moldy (we saw a tiny cockroach). They only clean every 3 days. The room size is good but the hotel needs a complete overhaul to modernize it all.
