Did not feel like coming to a star hotel

Booked a deluxe twin bed room online. The receptionist could not find our booking and asked to forward the email confirmation received from the online site. He asked for extra fare and latter settled for wahat we had paid online. Had a malfuctioning split AC unit in the room. Could not adjust temperature on that and we had to switch on the fan. Old style furnished room was fairly clean. No water bottles and electric kettle. Bathroom is ok but not upto our expectations. Hospitality is terrible. Average Breakfast.
