Avani Cliff a lovely hotel with a great location, I recommend upgrading to sea view room. Staff were very friendly and we were made very welcome.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area close to many shops both local and international. A short walk from the sea. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very kind. I recommend not taking the basic rooms as they are far from the hotel's restaurant area.

Great location!!! Lots of restaurants nearby and even a Starbucks/Mcdonals and 7/11 literally right next to the hotel. Super close distance to Ao Nang Beach which is also amazing. Pool has also great views. Overall this is a great hotel, highly recommend this place.

Our stay was amazing! Upon check-in our room was upgraded at no additional charge to the Panorama Sea-View room and that did not disappoint. The view was breathtaking and the room itself was perfect. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While we appreciated the friendly hospitality and cleanness of the property, we found the interior room layout puzzling. There is a window look directly into the shower from the kitchen, and the bathroom door has slots in it, offering no privacy. The “second bedroom” is not a bedroom because it has no door, and it has a half wall facing the bathroom area. There are lots of stairs and elevators with confusing layout design, making it very difficult to reach restaurants/swimming pools. That being said, we did enjoy the spa and the infinity pool. The view from the pool is fantastic! If we ever return to the city, we will not stay here.
