amazing hotel , the size of this place is overwhelming, the pool is the largest in Krabi and perhaps whole Thailand, the place is full of activity places , withinthe pool , volleyball areas, ping-pong, racket ball, kids pool areas, restaurants etc. Definitely a worthy place to stay. on the dow side, the place is a bit far from town and external food options, and there's few taxis around, but I visited in low seasson, I think there will be more transport options in high seasson.

Lotus restaurant was amazing, especially Sao the manager took excellent care and gave us personal attention. Josh, Jib and May were outstanding in service and Chef Mahavir was exceptional. I used the gym which was quite reasonable and had great cold towels, infused water and shower rooms. I have 2 downsides- 1. The showers are weirdly outdated in the whole property. 2. The staff seem to be a bit lacking. We had just arrived from holiday inn which is supposed to be not as good as Sofitel, however the staff were on their toes, attentive and knowledgeable.

Good except for one staff member that was extremely rude to me. She works at the bar. I was trying to sign for my bar check at the pool and she very loudly and aggressively said I was not registered in that room. I felt completely humiliated- as she did this loudly and in front of other guests. I asked her to check with the front desk to confirm this was in fact my room. Which it was. She could handled this with kindness and discretion, but she chose not to. If the hotel wishes- I can provide a picture of this woman.

Lovely hotel, excellent service and breakfast. Pool facilities and rooms very nice. Spa and restaurants severely over priced, especially compared to local equivalents which was a shame. Good location for food and trips. Would recommend.
