Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money too.

Couldn’t fault it the hotel was in a prime location just of main square in a pedestrian area. Our room was a nice size and the hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. If I was visiting Krakow again would definitely choose this hotel.
