Hotel has just average but there is one glaring issue, the smell. There is an overall scent the hotel uses that smells of musk and it’s everywhere. Fortunately it doesn’t permeate into the rooms but as soon as you walk in the door it hits you. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the tram and the breakfast was above average. But the overall condition is just average.

Hotel was very clean. Restaurant staff friendly. Reception staff could have been more friendly. Swimming pool temperature was very cold as was the temperature of the pool area. Rooms were very clean however, were far too hot, no option to lower temperature. Was given fan which helped. Could not open window due to street noise.

The hotel had everything we could have asked for and was extremely family friendly with a play area for the kids in the lobby and a fantastic swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had so much choice. The hotel was warm and smelled amazing. The kids rated it a 5 star! It was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the main square with lovely views out over the river. The underground parking was easy to use. Would recommend.
