Rooms are perfectly maintained and spotless. The parking is a hike from the rooms with nothing close by. The asset is on a lagoon with no real ocean view which is expected at this price frankly. Staff and location are convenient but not in walking distance of anything other than the awesome dive shop on site. Overall a great value hotel.

I complained to the Front Desk about houskeeping issues. The table and countertops were obviously not well cleaned/wiped down, and there were crumbs and other bits of packaging left on the floor from previous guests! There breakfast buffet is basic. The staff on the other hand was very attentive, responsive and a pleasure to interact with.

The location was great, hotel was nice and the staff are amazing...however, if you are terrified of iguanas that's not the hotel for you BUT I must say, staff went above and beyond to accommodate my fear of these creatures. A staff member chased them from the hot tub so I could get a dip and also escorted me to my room because I was terrified on few different occasions. The staff are amazing and they took my fear seriously and I really appreciated it😊
