NO parking on the place and what I found most complicated was find location entrance is behind Captains table restaurant so just look for it. No visible sign with Hotel name.

Very comfortable and cozy place with friendly staff! Lots of great places to eat near by and sea is next to the hotel.

Yolanda was amazing. The first day we had an issue with the Air conditioning but she resolved this immediately, moved us to another smaller room for a day while ours was being repaired and compensated us for the inconvenience.
Service is really nice, everything is walkable from the hotel. Hotel is clean, nice and safe,

Staff was very friendly-they gave us a very generous late check out. Location is great as well. The beds and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. When we realized the old lumpy pillows were uncomfortable, we tried to switch them but no staff was on site by then. The beds were harder than rocks-we literally considered sleeping on the floor instead because it would be more comfortable.

I am sorry to hear about the pillows and the beds. We are a small city hotel, therefore the reception is not manned 24/7. You could always have called the hotel phone number. I want to thank you for your message. We can learn from that.
