Seven Steps to the Sea ~ Easy Oceanfront Living

Our home is in a quiet, small condominium complex of only 12 units which offers you a peaceful sanctuary. It is a ground floor unit that is literally only seven steps to the sea from our delightfully shaded patio.

We looked for years and finally chose this unit to purchase in this particular complex because of the small number of units, quiet neighborhood (yet only a seven-minute drive to town), pristine condition of the grounds and other units, the shade which is available all day on our patio and the immediate access to swimming, snorkeling and diving….all only seven steps from our door.

It has been completely renovated in the last couple of years with new baths, kitchen and numerous appointments. There is limited availability as we love to be here in our home but have just opened up availability from April 15 through July 2022.

The sunsets are delicious, the flowing breeze is ever-present and the gentle lapping sound of the clear and colorful sea is soothing to heart and soul.

Breathtaking View

We spent a wonderful week in Bonaire at this well equipped property. We enjoyed breakfast and candle lit dinners on the outside patio listening to the water and loving the daytime and nighttime views. A few friends who live on Bonaire came by and were “wowed” by the view and how close we were to the water. The breezes kept us cool in the day and we appreciated the bedroom a/c at night. Great showers both inside and out. Exceptional manager helped with any concerns or questions we had. He also rented us a car Condo is in a convient location just south of the airport. We snorkeled daily around the island. We’ll be back!
