In the fishing village with a large terrace, garage and only a few meters to Lake Constance Located in the fishing village of Kressbronn on Lake Constance, this beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with large terrace is so central yet quiet that you can make everything your holiday a special experience, can be reached on foot in no time.

Separate bedroom with double bed and large closet, a modern shower room, living and dining room with sofa bed, TV, radio and with floor to ceiling windows to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. Wi-Fi and parking can be used free of charge.

Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. The apartment is non-smoking! If you want to smoke, please on the terrace. Enjoy a varied holiday on Lake Constance and take wonderful impressions home with you.

The key safe is also a late arrival easily possible. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Even long-term tenants are welcome.

Sehr erholsam

Es war wunderschön...unsere Unterkunft war offensichtlich frisch renoviert und modern ausgestattet .Es war alles vorhanden ,was man brauchte . Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war der ganz kurze Fussmarsch zum Bodensee , aber auch Bäcker , Pizzeria , Eisdiele waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar . Besonders das Restaurant Boje im Ort hat uns total überzeugt...absolute Empfehlung !

Die Fewo liegt quasi direkt am See, man muss nur über die Straße gehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und schnell ab. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles da, was man benötigt.

Hervorragende Lage, Terrasse hervorragend, Tiefgarage sehr gut und bequem,

Neben allen wunderbaren Annehmlichkeiten, die dieses Appartement bietet, hat uns ein Geschirrspüler gefehlt (selbst eine Spülbürste war für den handbetriebenen Abwasch nicht aufzutreiben.) Eine Waschmaschine im Bad wäre auch nicht schlecht, zumal der Anschluss bereits dafür gelegt ist. Wunderbar und einzigartig der Tiefgaragenplatz, der bequem Raum für die mitgebrachten Fahrräder und für das Fahrzeug bot.

Gute Wohnung ohne Backofen

Das Objekt ist gut gepflegt, wie die gesamte Anlage. Es liegt sehr günstig am See, mit kurzen Wegen. Lediglich der fehlende Backofen sollte nachgerüstet werden. Im neu renovierten Bad läuft beim Duschen das Wasser unter der Duschtür durch. Beides sind Kleinigjkeieten, die einefach abgestellt werden können. Insgesatmt eine gut ausgesatattete Wohnung, auch technisch (W-Lan, TV).

Es gibt viele Aber...

Im Grossem und Ganzem ist so weit alles in Ordnung. wir waren über Silvester da, Heizung ist immer wieder ausgefallen, im Bad gibt es gar kein Heizkörper, somit war es im Bad ziemlich kalt. Ausserdem sind die Dichtungen in der Dusche undicht, das Wasser spritzt ziemlich überall. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und es gibt auch kein Backofen in der Küche. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir erstmal richtig putzen, sie war ziemlich mit Kaffeesatz verstopft. An sich ist die Anlage sehr schön, nah am Bodensee und ist in der ruhigen Gegend.
