Amazing home in Krsan

Villa Skavre is a magical place where joy, relaxation and happiness are guaranteed. It is situated on hills, near the Kvarner coast, with a marvellous view of the surrounding landscape. The owners have a small deer farm near the villa, which will be a wonderful experience for every guest. You can swim in the pool and enjoy the view of the free-roaming animals. A real stress reliever for any nature lover! The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with double beds, 3 bathrooms and an elegant and modern living area with 3 fully equipped kitchens and a cosy living room. Here you will find an additional sleeping area - a comfortable sofa bed, sufficient for 2 people. And if one part of your group needs some peace and quiet while the other wants to spend a long night tasting Croatian specialities - the owner has even taken care of that little detail. Right next to the main house is a smaller house consisting of an entertainment room with pizza oven and WC.

Outside you have a 50 m2 pool, an outdoor kitchen and a car park for up to 6 cars.Villa Skavre is located in the beautiful countryside on the flanks of the majestic Ucka Nature Park. If cycling and hiking in the mountains is your thing, then there is some spectacular scenery to discover. If you enjoy cycling and hiking, the magnificent mountains are waiting for you. The more adventurous will find some of the most popular free climbing and paragliding spots in Croatia. The villa is ideal for nature lovers, as its surroundings provide a perfect backdrop for those who prefer to relax in nature. The first beaches are only a 20-minute drive from the villa, as are the beautiful coastal towns of Labin and Rabac. Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic, where kings and tsars spent their summer months - is also just a short drive away.

OMG!! Not even sure where to begin! The Villa was amazing in every way possible.

OMG!! Not even sure where to begin! The Villa was amazing in every way possible. Pictures do not do it justice! Robert met us at the apartment and is such a hospitable host and checked in with us during our stay. We relaxed by the pool and even used the outdoor kitchen to bbq and play darts. We were hard pressed to even leave the house. The deer were an added bonus when they decided to grace us with their presence. đŸ€Ł Robert and his family made us welcome and we are so grateful to be able to have stayed here. If you have the chance, book Robert’s Villa, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Robert and MyIstria for a wonderful week!

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen und das war viel zu kurz! In Wirklichkeit ist die Villa samt der Landschaft noch schöner, als auf den Fotos! Man kann schwer alles beschreiben, wenn ihr könnt, fahrt dort hin! Der Besitzer Robert hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und seine Großmutter Eda, die gleich neben der Villa wohnt, hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Topfenstrudel, SchafkĂ€se und GemĂŒse aus ihrem Garten versorgt! Wir fĂŒhlten uns wie daheim und kommen gerne wieder! Wer Natur und Ruhe genießen möchte, ist in der Villa Skavre genau richtig! Der große Pool ist perfekt zum Relaxen und der Ort ist eine gute Ausgangslage fĂŒr viele AusflĂŒge zum Beispiel nach Rovinj (1 Std Autofahrt), oder Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Skavre und wir können sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank Robert und Grazie mille liebe Eda! Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe aus KĂ€rnten!
