A luxury semi-detached home in like-new condition, located on a quiet yet central cul-de-sac in Greetsiel with a stunning view, divided into the apartments “Deichblick 1” on the first floor and “Deichblick 2” on the upper floor.

You’ll be living in a ground-floor apartment with a magnificent panoramic view and a south-facing orientation. Shops for your daily needs are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Zwillingsmühlen, the town center, and the harbor are also easily accessible on foot.

The bedroom features a high-quality double box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a TV.

The modern kitchen (new in 2025) is equipped with a dining area for 4 people, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a coffee maker (Melitta). You’ll also find a bulletin board with plenty of interesting suggestions for outings, activities, and information (e.g., ferry trips) around Greetsiel.

The naturally lit shower room features a walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer, and underfloor heating for added comfort.

In the tastefully furnished living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa corner with a pull-out bed (box spring), making the apartment suitable for up to 4 people. A large TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio are also available. All appliances in the vacation rental are high-quality brand-name products. A selection of DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.

The furnished terrace (accessible from both the bedroom and living room) is perfect for cozy evenings. Here, you can enjoy the sun all day long, undisturbed and in complete peace and quiet. A barbecue grill, a cozy dining area, and lounge chairs are available, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden with a view over the fields behind it all the way to the dike.

The apartment has a separate storage room with a clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

All windows are equipped with exterior blinds, and the floors are covered with high-quality oak-patterned vinyl.

The apartments Deichblick 1 and 2 (first floor and upper floor) can be rented separately or together as a duplex.

The apartments include a garden shed. One parking space is available for each apartment.

One dog per apartment is allowed upon request.
