Just a short walk from the centre of Greetsiel, this beautiful and comfortably furnished, non-smoking ground-floor apartment is located right on a canal.
You can set out right away in a paddleboat, inflatable boat, or small motorboat to explore Greetsiel and East Frisia (paddleboats available for rent from April through October).

The unobstructed view of the canal from the terrace is indescribably beautiful.
For smokers, there’s a smoking terrace with a bar table.

Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more.

Two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, washer, and dryer, a hair dryer, and a guest restroom are part of the upscale amenities.
The living area features a sleeper sofa with a spring mattress (1.40 m x 2.10 m).
The floors are fully tiled. With the exception of the two bedrooms, the apartment features comfortable underfloor heating.

There are exterior roller shades in front of the bedroom windows and the patio door.
Fly screens are installed in the bedrooms, in two bay windows, and in front of the patio door.

Satellite TV and a CD/radio with MP3 capability, as well as an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, a hair dryer, 2 hot water bottles, and fleece blankets are also included.

Terrace with furniture, a lawn area with 2 lounge chairs, a parasol, and a tabletop grill. There is a garden shed with ample space to store bicycles, strollers, and other items.
Additional seating is available on the dock right by the water.
Pets (dogs) are welcome. The garden is completely fenced in.

One parking space is available in front of the property.
