Our “Fischgräte” upstairs apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is located just a 5-minute walk from the town centre, yet far away from the tourist crowds, near the Greetsiel Twin Mills.

The south-facing balcony, furnished with wicker furniture and a parasol, offers a magnificent view of the twin mills. An electric grill is also available for your use.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 on the upper floor, 1 in the attic studio), a shower room on the upper floor with a hair dryer, and a separate restroom in the attic studio, also equipped with a hair dryer. The upper floor is fitted with high-quality tiles and underfloor heating. The attic studio features beautiful vinyl flooring with a wood-plank look, giving the bedroom with its porthole window a cozy cabin-like feel.

The apartment has three flat-screen TVs with satellite reception; the attic studio also includes a Blu-ray player. The bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The second bedroom in the attic studio has two single beds (1 x 2.00 m). The windows in the bedroom and many other windows are fitted with fly screens; additionally, the bedroom window and the large double-winged balcony door are equipped with electric blinds.

A washer-dryer, ironing board, and iron are also available for use. The apartment was freshly painted in 2022.

Whether in the cozy sitting area, the recliner, or at the large dining table, there’s room for everyone in the “herringbone” layout. The high-quality kitchen offers every luxury, from a coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, and toaster to a blender, egg cooker, waffle maker, raclette grill, air fryer, and contact grill, as well as a large refrigerator and a dishwasher.

A travel crib and a high chair are available for the little ones. Dogs are no longer permitted in this apartment.

A parking space is available directly in front of the apartment.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise disturbances.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacation days.
