A high-end, like-new semi-detached home in a quiet yet central cul-de-sac location in Greetsiel with a stunning view, divided into the apartments “Deichblick 1” on the first floor and “Deichblick 2” on the upper floor.

You’ll be staying in an upper-floor apartment (1st floor) with a south-facing balcony and a magnificent view. Shops for your daily needs are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Zwillingsmühlen, the town center, and the harbor are also within easy walking distance.

The bedroom features a high-quality double box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a TV.

The modern kitchen (new in 2025) is equipped with a dining area for 4 people, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker (Melitta). You’ll also find a bulletin board with lots of interesting ideas for outings, activities, and information (e.g., ferry trips) around Greetsiel.

The spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a shower features a washing machine, a hair dryer, and plenty of space for your toiletries.

In the cozy living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa corner with a sleeper function (box spring), making the apartment suitable for up to 4 people. A large TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio are also available for your use. All appliances in the vacation rental are brand-name products. A selection of DVDs is available for cozy evenings at home.

The highlight of the vacation rental is the furnished south-facing balcony (accessible from both the bedroom and living room) with a parasol and an electric grill. Here you can enjoy the sun and the view across the fields all the way to the dike, undisturbed and in complete peace, all day long. The balcony table extends, giving you plenty of space for a cozy breakfast or dinner.

The apartment has a separate storage room with a clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

All windows are equipped with exterior blinds, and the floors are covered with high-quality oak-patterned vinyl.

The Deichblick 1 and 2 apartments (first floor and upper floor) can be rented separately or together as a duplex.

Internet access is provided via free Wi-Fi. (We do not guarantee limited availability or sufficient speed.)

A garden shed is included with the apartments. One parking space is available for each apartment.

One dog per apartment is allowed upon request.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed changeover day.
