The bright and spacious studio apartment is located in the first Floor where we lovingly restored captain's house on the harbor Greetsiel. The combination of historic buildings with modern architecture unfolds an irresistible charm, which offers the possibility of a wonderful vacation in an extraordinary atmosphere.
The apartment is divided into a large living and dining area with an open kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a hallway with cloakroom. The living and dining area is located on the port side and features a picturesque and peaceful views over the harbor of Greetsiel on which you really can not get enough. If you get up early enough, you can even watch the fishermen at work!
To the living and dining area closes to the front towards the center of the staircase and forms the connection to the bathroom and to two quiet rooms.
In separated from the studio apartment basement we welcome you to our 'port Gallery', where we will always be happy to help you and make your arrival with one of our specialty coffees a little more pleasant.
For your further information and guidance should be noted that the object is very centrally located; within short walking distance to the town center, including its many nice shops, restaurants and attractions. Also our restaurant 'mainland' is just a few steps away from the apartment. The idyllic landscape and the historic dike invite for relaxing walks. To reach by car without further problems the cities Emden and Aurich. Enthusiastic golfers we can lay the Golfclub Schloss Lütetsburg to the heart, which is also recognized by the most experienced of our many golf-loving guests as exciting challenge and is also within a short time with the car.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren im Dezember einige Tage in Greetsiel. Es ist ausgesprochen ruhig in dieser Zeit. Das gastronomische Angebot ist - durch Ruhetage der Restaurants - überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, inkl. Hafenblick. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Lage. Vom Wohnzimmer aus schaut man direkt auf den Hafen, man ist mitten im Geschehen. Etwas hinderlich sind die vielen Stufen(insg. 24 Stck) in der Wohnung. ausgestattet.

Nett, es geht aber bessser

Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, die Einrichtung modern und gemütlich. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist grandios. Störend wirkte, das an Grundausstattung am Samstag weder Handtücher noch wenigstens ein Geschirrspüllappen oder etwas Kaffee vorhanden waren. Es waren zudem nur insgesamt 2 Weingläser vorhanden. Hier wäre ein wenig mehr Gastlichkeit und Empathie schön gewesen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage

Die Wohnung bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den schönen Hafen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einzig für die Genauigkeit des Inserats gibt es 1 Stern weniger: die vielen Treppenstufen wurden nicht erwähnt, denn die Wohnung verteilt sich auf insgesamt 3 Ebenen (Eingang, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer/Küche und Bad) mit ca. 24 Stufen. Ansonsten alles tipptopp und sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die Lage ist sehr, sehr schön. Auch der Urlaubsort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Greetsiel kommen, dann unbedingt wieder die tolle Wohnung.

Kurzurlaub in Greetsiel

Die Wohnung ist gegenüber des Hafens. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man die Fischerboote kommen und weg fahren. Sehr interessant. Die Lage ist gut und man ist im Prinzip mittendrin. Alle Gaststätten sind gut zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur gab es nicht, nur mit den netten Vermietern hatten wir telefonischen Kontakt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Hafen

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Greetsieler Hafen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen sehr ruhig auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Rundum empfehlenswert!
