The family-friendly ground-floor apartment “Unnerdack” (Low German: lodging, shelter, inn, refuge) is located in the new Grachtenpark II (completion September 2022) and features a spacious garden for your exclusive use, as well as private waterfront access right on the Greetsieler Gracht. The historic town centre, with its picturesque fishing harbour and shopping options, is within easy walking distance.

The vacation apartment is high-quality and stylishly furnished with a range of modern pieces. Clean lines, bold colours, and simple materials characterize the modern style of the Unnerdack vacation rental and offer you a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In addition to two terraces and its ground-level design, it provides fully accessible entry. The very bright and light-filled overall impression is created by the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, which are equipped with opaque pleated blinds and awnings. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms. The entire floor is covered with vinyl. The two bedrooms have electric exterior roller shades, so you won’t be woken up too early by the light even while you’re sleeping.

The open-concept living and dining area, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, forms the heart of the vacation rental. Whether you’re enjoying meals together, entertaining evenings watching TV (55-inch flat-screen), or fun game nights, there’s plenty of space at the dining table with 5 chairs or on the comfortable 3-seater leather sofa and the elegantly curved leather armchair with ottoman.

The unobstructed view of the green garden with access to the canal promises pure vacation flair. The 25 m² terrace, which adjoins the living area directly, offers a view of the East Frisian canal and promises warming sunshine all day long. Garden furniture, a beach chair, and an electric grill are provided.
The property is for your exclusive use and invites you to sunbathe, relax, or play.

The open, bright kitchen features high-quality, fully equipped appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. There is another terrace on the gable end of the house. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in peace, just a step away from the kitchen.

Two bedrooms provide space for up to 4 people.
The master bedroom features two floor-to-ceiling windows, a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) that promises the utmost sleeping comfort, a dresser, a 1.80 m wide wardrobe with sliding doors, and a flat-screen TV.
Adjacent to the living area and overlooking the garden is the second bedroom. It is furnished with a high-quality double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a 1.50 m wide sliding-door closet with ample storage space. There are also plenty of children’s books and toys for your little ones here. The flat-screen TV rounds out the package.

The bathroom, with its atmospheric ambient lighting, naturally features a toilet and, next to it, a 1.00 m x 1.00 m shower stall with a handheld showerhead and an overhead rain shower for a relaxing experience. For added convenience, the Unnerdack vacation apartment is equipped with an additional guest restroom (toilet and sink). Here you’ll also find a washer-dryer combo for your use.

You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
We would be delighted to welcome you and your dog (one dog is allowed). A dog bowl and a dirty-foot mat are, of course, provided.
