All five apartments are centrally located so that you can be in the center of town in a few minutes on foot. In the Memmertbalje house there are two apartments (for 2 and 2 - 4 people). Apartment Yew (3 people) is only 100 meters away. All apartments are individually, lovingly and comfortably furnished and invite you to relax. Equipment with e.g. B. Awnings, blinds, mosquito screens and your own car parking spaces should additionally sweeten your vacation. Sheets and towels are included in the price.

The apartment on the ground floor (95 sqm) is ideal for 2 to 4 people. In the wonderfully large living area with dining area and terrace, you can sit by the fireplace in the evening, have a cozy TV evening or spend the mild summer nights barbecuing. A bathtub in the bathroom completes your nice day of vacation. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Perfekte Wohnung

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Sie ist schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Hell und gemütlich. Sehr gute Betten, sauber, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Noch nie hatte ich eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, insbesondere die Küche. Das Badezimmer ist neu und geräumig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man ist schnell im Ort und auch ein Supermarkt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist super.

Die "Schwalbe" ist eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einem gut funktionierenden Kamin. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist offensichtlich neu renoviert. Neues, modernes Bad sowie neue separate Toilette. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht.

Wir waren herzlich willkommen

und wurden ganz reizend umsorgt, trotz unseres eher kurzen Aufenthalts. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Badezimmer und Gäste-WC sind frisch renoviert. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist umfangreich und neuwertig. Von den Tassen im Schrank bis zu den Bildern (von der hauseigenen Künstlerin) an den Wänden ist alles sehr liebevoll ausgewählt. Alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Eine sehr schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse und einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Lage ist einfach vorteilhaft, da der Hafen von Greetsiel mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés und der Deich fußläufig leicht zu erreichen sind. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung vor Ort sowohl durch die Vermieterin als auch die Ansprechpartnerin im Haus. Die Buchung der Ferienwohnung wird seitens der Vermieterin erfreulich unbürokratisch und unkompliziert abgewickelt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung "Schwalbe" empfehlen wir vorbehaltlos weiter. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage zum Ort und zum Deich

Wir haben jetzt bereits zweimal in der Wohnung unseren Nordseeurlaub verbracht. Jedesmal ist es wie nach Hause kommen. Alles ist da. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Die Hausdame wohnt oben im Haus und ist immer sehr hilfsbereit. Frau Poppinga wohnt nur 100 m entfernt. Sie ist auch sehr hilfsbereit. Eine rundum sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wir waren in der letzten Oktoberwoche mit 3 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung Schwalbe. Die Wohnung erfüllte unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht: sie war zentral gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sowohl Vermieterin als auch Ansprechpartnerin im Haus waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das etwas ältliche, aber saubere Badezimmer soll in diesem Winter renoviert werden. Für 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder können wir die Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen, für 4 Erwachsene wäre uns das 2. Schlafzimmer zu klein.
