Staffs are great except one room key was provided to us when we checked in while there are two of us. This is not standard practice. Overall, happy with the stay. Special thanks to Afifi, guest service staff who went extra mile and provided great help to us. He is the best.

Perfect location directly at Sentral station, amazing breakfast with great variety and quality, very nice staff and amazing infinity pool. However I recommend bringing earplugs because you can the incoming trains at the station early in the morning.

Not bad but not good either

Check in was great. Check out was far from good. There was a queue and the wait was long. I asked the staff if there was only one staff working, he said curtly ‘yes only one staff’. After waiting some time longer, I asked again if he could handle check out since the guest in front of me was filling out a form. That’s when he said ‘you can just drop the key’. Why didn’t he ask if anyone in the queue was checking out so that they can also drop the keys? It could have saved our time. He was also not being polite, not rude but definitely not a front liner calibre compared to his peers who handled our check in. Room is big and sparse, do not have the cosy feeling. Don’t think will stay again.

Good hotel with minor improvement needed

Well located near Mu central shopping center and Sentral train/mrt/LRT. TV isln room have poor reception leading to display of all TV channel do not have sharp images and there is no queue management at lobby checkin/out leading ppl cut queue but hotel staff dod not bother to step in to manage

Service quality downgraded

I have been staying at aloft for many times but this is the first time I experienced low level of service. First of all during checkin there was a confusion on why even after booking the place with breakfast the staff said breakfast was not paid and I had to buy it separately. I had booked the option with minibar service for all days but except the first day no one even cared to replenish the mini bar. Not sure what was wrong with the service but definitely I felt it has downgraded

Apart from the team that replenishes the mini bar and snacks (they needed to be constantly reminded to restock it for us time after time), the rest of the experience was amazing and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, amazing hospitality

Good choice!

This hotel is conveniently located just over the central railroad station. There are lots of restaurants in the shopping centre next to the railroad station and the breakfast that is included in the hotel is excellent.
