It's not a hotel, but an apartment! Don't know why it was listed as a hotel. There is no reception, no service, no answer to the call. We were not able to check in just because our flight was at night. Almost had to stay on the street overnight with kids. Scary! Thanks to the friendly guards of the building we were able to find a local hotel nearby. This place is far from city center, very inconvenient. Better find a hotel near KL Sentral

2 rooms stay

Reception by Nepalese guards to register entry only and no other advice to appartment. Need to check whatsapp for key and details if not found in email so need to have internet otherwise get stuck without key and nobody around to help. Telephone contacts given are robotic except host who does not answer until late evening on day of checkin. Finally, after 6pm, got return call and instruction from host to locate mailbox & password in whatsapp. Parking by unit no and lift entry by scanner. Place is clean and spacious, 2 rooms appt. Day of checkout, went out for breakfast and returned 10.00am but door access code was deactivated and need to call host. Luckily got immediate response otherwise get lockout again. Key put back mailbox and locked. Generally, good stay.

This was an Expedia downgrade rather than an upgrade from our original double booked 'apparently ' apartment. Our original apartment had a washing machine which this one didn't so it was disappointing that we were unable to wash any clothes for the whole week. Any requests that we made for a bucket to handwash clothes or refuse bags for rubbish took too long to receive. We received these items two days before check out. On arrival there was no frying pan for cooking so overall disappointed.

Clean studio. Cumbersome check-in when last minute

The apartment was clean, bed comfy. No mineral water though, and there is no shop there. It was a bit of an cumbersome checkin process with self checkin.. especially as i booked in last minute and didnt realise that was the case. If booked well in advance (at least a day maybe) then I guess it's ok as the information in how to check in start coming later. And how to get to apartment was a bit confusing as it is a multi tower residential building where few different elevators must be used to get into right apartment. I assume if you stay there multiple days, then one understands the optimal route. Amenities seem decent, but I had not time to test them.

Poor service by apartment owner and management

Room is OK but very poor instruction & guide from apartment owner and management as there are too many lift, no instruction / guide to take which lift to own room and no proper inform / label on temporary parking lot, resulting many cars being clamp.

It has a personal lift directly to the room and the security car park can reach out to the personal lift too, security is tight and we feel safe. The room is very clean.
