Queue during check-in was decently long but movement flow also decent Temperature not adjustable: Changing the temperature on the thermostat makes no difference in both rooms, either ON of OFF only - Being able to lower the temperature in the room will reduce unnecessary energy waste Doors leading to the mall need to be automated or at least have a bump-stop installed, you can see marks & dents on the wall from the door handle - Cannot imagine if the glass door shatters, it’s a matter of time Info about EV charging doesn’t match mall facilities, informed that chargers only available at P1 but there’s chargers at P2 too - website should share which is the best entrance for the carpark, as the carpark is “separated” Overall, the stay was good

This a hotel meant for shoppers. Location is very central to almost everywhere and the service is tops. Well done Cititel! Although the breakfast can be better in terms of quality and the WiFi was terrible in my room on the 7th floor during my stay in Oct 2025.

From Expedia booking, those pictures on bathtub is different from what I actually booked for. May be need update the website. I thought it is bathtub, so, I bought few shower salt for enjoying my soak bath during my stay. The room is alright. It is cjj lol ran and comfy. Breakfast buffet is great, up to expectation. Thank you for that.
