A éviter

La chambre réservée s'est avérée être dans un état catastrophique de délabrement et de saleté. Devant nos mines déconfites, le loueur (qui au passage n'est pas l'hotelier mais un gestionnaire de sous-location) nous en a attribué une autre, en meilleur état et un peu plus propre. Cela étant, les chambres ou appartements ne correspondent que de très loin à la description du site et ne sont absolument pas "Non-fumeurs" . A éviter.

à éviter ++++,

un hôtel affreux nous avons séjourné dans les appartements hôtel , mise à part sa belle façade une réception inexistante , un service de sécurité qui ne te laisse pas rentrer si tu n'as pas ta carte de chambre... personnel joignable que par téléphone et que tu passes ton temps à attendre , les chambres sont mal isolées (bruit de climatisation , insalubre , salle de bain sale, carreaux cassé ..., pas de produit de toilette, ménage fait 1 jour sur 2) le mobilier est vétuste , les lits inconfortables les lattes se cassent dés que tu bouges. En faîte il y a une partie hôtel et une partie appartement hôtel qui sont bien différenciés . Pour le même prix vous pouvez avoir beaucoup mieux .... très très déçu de l'hôtel, s'est vraiment une honte .

モノレールImbi駅直結のBerjaya Times Squareショッピングセンタービルと同じビルにあります。ショッピングセンター営業時間内はビル内を通ってモノレール駅まで行けますし、営業時間外も軒下を通ってモノレール駅まで移動できます。最初のチェックインが難しいでしょう。駅やビルにホテル名の案内はありません。East Tower A の地上階にホテル出入口があります。"SERVICE SUITE" と書かれているショッピングセンター側からはチェックイン後でないと出入りできず、最初は外側から中に入ります。セキュリティーデスクに座っている人に、ホテル名を伝えて、ホテルスタッフの電話番号を教えてもらいます。そのスタッフに電話して、セキュリティーデスクまで来てもらいます。そして、部屋まで案内してもらいます。以上の流れのため、早めにチェックインした方がよいでしょう。また、一般のホテルではチェックイン予定時刻より早く着いた場合に荷物を預かってもらえることがありますが、ここでは難しいです。フロントデスクが存在しないため、チェックアウトの時間や方法をホテルスタッフと相談して決めることをおすすめします。チェックインするとカードを２枚受け取ります。部屋の出入り用と、地上階の出入り用です。エレベーターで上がるときもセンサーにカードをあてる必要があります。部屋は広く、家族やグループで過ごすのによいでしょう。一人や二人だと惜しいぐらいです。電気ボッドだけでなく、電子レンジもあり、自炊に向いています。眺めがよく、West側のタワーが見えました。その手前にプールが見えます。プール利用時は１５階でおります。7:00AMから10:00PMまで利用できます。バスタブとシャワースペースと両方がありました。お湯が出なかったので人によってはつらいかも。常夏のマレーシアではありますが。利用手引きや案内書は特にありません。電気ポッドやカップなどは探せば見つかるでしょう。ＴＶはＢＢＣとＮＨＫを見ることができました。朝食会場はありません。前日のうちに買っておいてもよいし、周辺にコンビニが複数あります。地元の人々の朝食の場を見たいなら、ICC Puduの店舗がおすすめです。朝５時から営業し、朝早くから大勢の人でにぎわっています。野菜や果物、生活雑貨なども売られています。歩いて１０分程度ですが、わかりやすい道順ではなく、案内は特にないため、道順を確認して明るいうちに行くことをおすすめします。

The experience at this hotel was the worst I ever had! First off when we arrive at the hotel we are told that they are not the ones who took our bookings. So we went over to the residential side of the complex, this is where privately owned apartments are in a rental pool. We waited for almost a hour in the lobby before some one finally arrived to show us a room. The room, with out a doubt was in unfit for human occupation! Horrible absolutely horrendous! Filthy floors, walls bedding. The room was terrible. We where in shock! Tiles missing from the tub surround, not a broken seat on the toilet, there was no seat! When we left the room we told this fellow that it was terrible and we would not stay. No problem he says and that we could have a refund. We did not get a refund. It was only the kindness of Hotels.com who help with our dilemma. Thank you Hotels.com

Bad experience. 1st, i never knew that the room that i choose was runs by the agent. Hotel front desk didnt assist me fully. She just told me to go to next tower and make a call to the agent. I have to find a shop that sell sim card to make call to the agent. 2nd, swimming pool. My request for a towel at the pool from the towel man been rejected due to i stay in the service apartment which run by the agent, not from the hotel. What i can say is that i did not know apartment run by the agent. Its didnt stated in the column when i book the room. The wifi in the room keeps goes missing. At one part its gone for 3 4 hours. Well that all i can say thou i still have alots to say. P/s... to duty manager shanti. Thks for listening my unhappiness on that particular day when i told u that i waited for more than 1 hour for someone to come to my room when the toilet cubicle gets choked.

Smelly and Dirty room.

Check in with this hotel was terrible. The phone # on the web site is not ever working. The hotel staffs can't ever help us out. Lucky there was a guy we met at the lobby was able to give us the mobile# for the contact. We booked the rooms for 2 nights and we were using the same 2 towels for the two days. (This was all we get for the two days.) They didn't come to make the rooms. The bed sheets was dirty and the rooms smell terrible.

Not known is a private owned apartment in Times Square Hotel! Was direct to tower A from the Hotel. The guard didn't give proper instruction, I told him I was not connect to wifi, can help to call the staff down. Told to go level 6 office. But the office staff said they are not dealing with this. Went back to him, confronted him. No choice to call but the line is not in use, then he give us the name and contact number. which is Danata travel and tours agency. Friendly staff bought us up back to tower B, thinking is hotel room, unfortunately is private owned apartment. First step in the room, I was stunned when I saw the stained sofa chairs and dinning chairs! After placed key deposit of RM $200 for two keys. I quickly check the entire room. Noted the TV and dinning chair was spoilt. I believe you guy knew what happened to the poor feedback of the "suites". Honestly I appreciated the great location. There is many room to improve. I will only return if Is better.

Terrible experience!

When we arrived, first we can't find any hotel counter. We then asked the security, and the security pointed us to somebody. We don't know whether we can trust the person, however the phone number for the hotel is not in service!!!! We then forced to listen the person, and he told us they have no more room in the original venue. Then he asked us to walked to a separate residential building behind the original location. We then being put inside a room that totally different from the original description. We booked a room with 1 twin bed plus 1 single bed. It happened the new studio only has a twin bed, and after we asked, the staff gave us a mattress without any bedsheet or whatsoever. Basically it was an very unpleasant experience. And we are very unhappy with the mismatch between our booking and actual room.

We arrived at 2:30am to find our booking had been cancelled. There was no help except told to ring Expedia. The person who runs this has NOTHING to do with the hotel. They are privately owned and managed and are very run down and dirty. The actual hotel is on different floors and it is clean. I have contacted you to request a refund.

OLD & DISGRACEFUL FOR WESTERN SYANDARDS

Stayed at BTS hotel many times with same apartment style set up. Stayed in apartment twice, this being 2nd time. Found it very clean HOWEVER with leaking TOILET BOWL (fixed immediately), not very good air cond and worst of all A DISGRACEFUL TOILET SEAT!!! it was so old they painted it with white paint!!! Have you ever sat on a painted toilet seat??? Obviously owner by a private owner who is more concerned re his every cent spent than the "western acceptable comforts" of the customer. I forgot to take the photo but don't take Room 32-13 run by "GRAND". Each name is run and owned by different owners/agent, there's no consistency, just one's luck! Having said all that it's clean and cheap! I know it's clean as I cleaned it upon arriving and it shows it's clean.

The hotel location is difficult to find. Many people confuse between Tower A and B even taxi drivers Even hotel room is large, however, facilities are old and dirty. A bit disappointed with quite expensive cost

Flot udsigt, stor usikkerhed!

Meget flot værelse - faktisk en hel lejlighed. Fantastisk udsigt!. Dog ikke en del af et hotel, men vi forstod aldrig helt sammenhængen. Vi kunne ikke finde hotellet og søgte hjælp på hotel på samme adresse, men andet navn. En af de mennesker, der arbejdede ringede til en fyr, der efter 10 minutter dukkede op og fulgte os til værelset (gennem det andet hotel). I receptionen på dette hotel,var man meget uvillig til at hjælpe os og vi kunne ikke opbevare bagagen, men måtte efterlade den på værelset og afhente den senere på et kontor i et shoppingcenter. Vi var noget bekymrede! Vi opdagede heldigvis at shoppingcenteret lukkede ½ time før vores aftalte afhentningstidpunkt, så vi var der i god tid og fik bagagen.

オーナーズホテルだけに

個人所有のマンションをホテルとして経営してることを知らずにブッキング。チェックインもフロントでは無く、ロビーにもセキュリティで入れない。担当者を電話で呼び出して、チェックイン手続きする。ようやく、カードを貰い部屋へ案内される。床の絨毯が汚い。 Wi-Fiも、オーナーが入金して無くて初日は使えず。翌日入金してもらう。ルームサービスも出前があるだけ。シャワーも壊れていて初日はお湯が出なかった。翌日修理。ボデーソープが無く小ちゃい石鹸だけ。ベッドメイキングは毎日されていたけど、シーツは毎日交換されていたか定かでは無い。タオルの交換も日に日に減っていく。トイレットペーパーも補充は翌日。オーナーホテルなので、ホテルの清掃係は何もしてくれない。と言うか出来ない。唯一救われたのは、担当の方が非常に親切でした。出来ることは何でもトライしてくれた。

The big shopping mall just down the hotel. The swimming pool Was great. Goos locations too

Never book from this listing, Please REMOVE!

If i could give 0 out of 5, i would. This is not your typical hotel/apartment, Once you book through Hotel.com you need to call the number provided to confirm booking. Which in my case, he never picked up his phone at all and i was left stranded without a hotel room at 12 midnight. I later found out that this guy (whose number is on the listing) does not actually own the apartment rooms, he leases from other room peddlers at this place. Security guards are useless and there is no Reception, Lobby, FrontDesk. Basically no service. It is a sleazy place for one night stands where you call in for a room through different people. Please do not book from this listing, and i called in to Hotel.com to request them to take this listing down.
