Quite possibly the best hotel we have stayed in as of yet. An easy 9 minute walk to Bukit Bintang- one of the hotspots that we wanted to visit during our trip to KL. It is also a ten minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers which has the KLCC mall next to it full of shopping and dining! The room itself was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The staff was kind and so helpful. The cleaners were always on point and so attentive. Absolutely the only hotel I would stay in when visiting KL again.

Staffs were very kind and helpful. She tried her best to assist me with refund of my Penang train tickets. In the end we had to go to Penang as they don’t offer refund. ( I think she was the Manager or she should be as she was very customers focused) Cleaners were polite and did a good job every morning. Porters were readily available to assist you with luggages. It has been a long time when we have been in a hotel that staffs were all excellent. We will return to this hotel in the future. Location was good.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to KL. An added bonus is that the hotel is located with 5mins walk to popular shopping malls and restaurants.
