Clean, roomy, great services. Right smack in Bukit Bintang and across from Pavilion Mall is a huge plus. Very convenient. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet (Capitol Cafe near by got many breakfast options, cheaper than the buffet cost). Elevator delays sometime created headaches (which is odd, there are six available...). Overall, no issues for our 3 night stay.

I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location and overall service quality. However, the room make-up service did not meet expectations — some areas could be improved. For example, the used tissue box was not replaced, the toilet floor mat was not changed, and the toilet floor was not vacuumed during room cleaning. I believe a bit more attention to these details would greatly improve the guest experience. Thanks

The hospitality from Mr. Resh the senior manager on duty is outstanding, he went above and beyond when I got sick and need it to see the doctor, walked me to the clinic and stayed till everything is done and got my medicine and the next day he checked on me, overall the front liner staff at the lobby are very helpful and polity , and I would like to give credit to Housekeeping staff , I didn’t catcher his name but I believe he’s unchanged on 3th floor since my room was 0379 and he’s the one that clean my room daily the way I want it, always smiling and positive attitude I wish I remember his name. Truly 5?stars experienced.

All the staff were amazing. The room was a bit dated. After turning off all the lights, we could still see light coming in from the hallway, which affected our sleep quality. We had to use a towel to block the light — not something you’d expect to do at a five-star hotel.

I am very happy to stay JW Marriott Kulalumpur. Last 2 time I was stayed at Westin kula lumpur but their service was not up to the mark. Then one of my friend suggest me to stay here. Their service is very remarkable. Specially a Bangladeshi employee ( Md Sohel) is working in room service, his service is very prompt and very helpful also reliable. I really enjoyed my holiday to staying JW Marriot kulalumpur.
