Daily breakfast is great. Convenient location. Hotel staff is accommodating. A bit off-putting is that one of our rooms had a clogged bathroom drain, which we reported and got confirmation that it was fixed. Only to find out when we got back that it wasn’t. Good thing it happened on our last night.

Great location - 5 minute walk to Berjaya Time Square (great for affordable shopping) and 10 minutes to Jalan Alor Street Food with plenty of other shops along the way. Staff and amenities were fantastic :) Would stay here again.

I had a room with an amazing view overlooking the pool. Double glazing meant there was no noise from outside (but guests above me were a bit noisy!) Breakfast was incredible - so many choices. Staff were so friendly, professional and polite. Location great - a very short walk to the monorail.

Stayed at the Parkroyal Collection in a Club Room. The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard. The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service. Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service. I would recommend.

Staff were so warm and welcoming. They were all very nice and considerate too. The toom was spotless and when we had a tv issuse they switched our room within 30 minutes. The restaurants and bars were amazing as well with great food and drinks.
