The instructions as to how to access the property were so vague that even the property security staff were unable to find the correct unit given the information provided. This resulted in over two hours of seeking assistance at midnight until 2:15 am following 30 hours of direct air travel. Fortunately one security person took it upon himself to seek out the unit in each building to found the correct unit. The owner was apologetic after the fact
