Overall the property quality and maintenance is average. Some mold in the shower, room design very simple, water drains very slow from shower and sink. The hotel offers a good value and some of the best Pakistani barbecue restaurants are nearby in a cluster that gets busy. Metro is a 2-3 minutes walk away. I would stay here again, but the hotel should address maintenance and quality issues

Breakfast area is a chaotic site after 9am, the staff in the breakfast area are unhelpful and not bothered. The food variety is plenty but freshness, taste and flavour is missing. You go to egg and dosa station to ask for fresh dosa or omelette they point you to the pile that they had already made. The puris and roti are cold and hard to eat, requests for fresh were just ignored. Front desk is always chaotic. The concierge desk is the most helpful and welcoming. difficult to find any management who is looking after the quality of service. Not a 5 star property. Cancelled the next booking and moved to a better hotel in the same area

we had an excellent time in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff were very friendly; especially shout out for Shervin, Akmal and Habibuz Jakir. They gone extra mile to make our staff comfortable. My only issue was noise from lifts shaft. I explained to staff and they changed our room from 2601 to 1816. But in this room we were disturbed by noise from the trains every 3 minutes. My only suggestion to improve experience is the Rooms should to be sound proof otherwise it an excellent hotel with nice location and all the amenities near by especially shopping experience.

We stayed in a suite, and the rooms were in an excellent condition and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality, we normally ate enough to last us until evening. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. There was a 4-floor mall below the hotel if you need anything for your trip. We were there for a conference at the Trade Center, which is easily accessible from the hotel. To go to the city center you need a Grab app to ride in cars (similar to Uber, costs about $5 to go to the city center, about $10-20 to go outside the city) or learn how to you the extensive public transportation - the metro station is right at the exit of the hotel. On the whole, a very nice experience.

Understand as your property is under some refurbishment project. Nonetheless, guest experiences shouldn’t be neglected. Luggage was wrongly delivered to me (not belong to me) broken Iron and stain mark on the ironboard placed in the room. I have to call 2 times to get my call to be attended for the iron to be changed. When I advised the service crew to check the guest supply thoroughly, he just said we have 600 rooms, then you should know better. Surprise me… Breakfast spread is good and the morning Apple Oats is great and delicious. But, service need to be improved. I have to round the restaurant more then 3 times before the service crew approached me and offer an assistance to get a table. Whereby this shld be tackle on welcoming and checking at Entrance. 3 staff there, but just greet and ask my room number for clarification if I am entitle for breakfast or not. Room is huge and very comfort and ESG are complied. Bathroom is great and clean and the bath amenities is fresh and well arranged. I like the pillow as really lock my sleep well. I have a quality sleep. Well done.

We loved our stay here. Complimentary parking, easy walk from here to center and easy access to metro. Breakfast was a multitude of cuisines and we had fun every morning mixing and matching items. Rooms were spacious and air conditioned.

Upon checking in, the receptionist neglected to inform me about the need for a $400 deposit on my credit card, in addition to the cash payment for my stay after he collected the money first. All he was care about is to collect money and he didn’t give me any information about the hotel It wasn’t until I asked about hotel facilities that I was made aware of this requirement. Now, after checking out, I’m still waiting for the refund, which they say will take two weeks.
