The hotel is right in the middle of things in Bukit Bintang, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shops, etc. but the hotel itself was quiet. Nice outdoor pool, afternoon tea a bonus if you need a bit of a rest after seeing the sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lovely room, staff were very friendly and welcoming, nice sized pool, breakfast not too many options but enough for starting your day I think, you didn't go hungry! I am really confused why this place is not rated higher. The service was brilliant from the security guard at the door onwards; the room was big and quiet; there was a small pool; and it was minutes from shopping centres and amazing food. Don't miss a drink at Helipad, dinner at Sao Nam (book), and a breakfast at The Rabbit Hole. A wander up to Treasure Trove (15 mins) is also good for locally made/designed gifts.

We had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful — they really made us feel welcome. The place had such a peaceful, welcoming vibe, and you could tell real care goes into keeping it nice. The doorman would literally run to open the door or help carry a bag — most of the staff were highly attentive and genuinely seemed to care about guests’ comfort. The only small downsides were the TV and the breakfast service. The TV was quite old, with limited app options and fewer than 20 channels available. When we tried to use Netflix, the app didn’t work, and it had to be replaced with another TV. The staff handled it quickly and politely, but a simple update to newer TVs would make a big difference. The breakfast gentleman was kind, but it would’ve been nice if he’d checked in each morning to see if we wanted tea, coffee, or eggs. The afternoon service was a really lovely touch — it made the stay feel extra special and showed how much effort the hotel puts into looking after guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. With a few small improvements, it would be perfect!

The room is considerably clean and spacious, though there were visible stains around the inner rims of the toilet bowl. The room is not very sound proof and talking along the corridors and water draining when upper floor showers can be heard. Staff are polite and helpful. Good location with a short walking distance of 5-10 min to pavilion and MRT/LRT. Next to a good nasi kandar eatery which is open 24 hr.
