One of the worst hotels that we have ever stayed

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. Unfriendly staff upon check-in. The two Indian reception ladies had no good manners. After giving us a room without any windows (we booked a room with city view) we had to come back to reception to change it. They gave us another room where the noise level was unacceptable (outside the window there were about 10 air conditioning systems) so we had to change the room again. This time the shower was broken and had no hot water. They found this very funny and kept on laughing. After we wanted to speak to the hotel manager, we finally got a decent room. The manager called us and apologised. All the rooms had a terrible smell of cold smoke, I guess it's a smokers hotel, as non-smokers, the smell was just awful for us. The noise level outside the hotel is just crazy. There is a karaoke bar right in front which only finished at 2:00am in the morning. After this the loud motor bikes keep you up all night. Not suitable for light sleepers. Hardly got any sleep for the week we stayed there. My recommendation: Don't stay here longer than 2 nights, if you really have to stay here take a room at the back without windows, at least it's quiet there...

Very clean,and neat for the price. Near to LRT,Pekeliling bus station. 2mins walk. Worth the price.

Staff not friendly, stain mark on mattress cover

Maybe i check in quite late, even when i said hi & smiled to the counter lady, she never gave me a smile. She seem didn't like to serve me. The white color mattress cover got grey color stain mark, i wonder if they washed it but stain can't be cleaned or it's used by the previous customers. Not a pleasant stay for me for 2 nights at Titiwangsa branch. The only good is their location very near to mrt station & there is an Indian food shop next to the hotel.

Not clean and bad service

Stayed two nights here and was not impressed by the experience. At arrival I was met by very uninterested, almost rude, staff that made me wait a long time before checking in. The room was adequately large, but not clean, there was even some sort of mold or something growing in the toilet. Towels were stained. TV was not working. Very close to the LRT and MRT which is the one good thing about the hostel. It was also very evident every time a train went by the window, making a lot of noise. Cheap price but not worth it, would not stay here again.

Affordable. Small and cozy, comfortable.

The hotel's breakfast is the foodcourt right beside it which was pretty cute and authentic. The hotel is really small but for that price, the air condition, the tv and toilet is great. No toilet amenities but they bring in fresh towers everyday.
