Location and staff were OK.
Rusty water, poor room maintenance, power failure.

Cons:
Old property, bathrooms need a lot of work. The rooms need to be refurbished.
Pro:
Very good location, walking distance to eateries and waterfront. Breakfast overlooking the river was nice.

Price is ok. Quite comfortable.
Not a bad choice to spend a nigth after long journey travelling. Breakfast option was good enough.
