Our apartment is located in a building complex with 5 apartments and has a separate entrance.

Kitchenette, living area with dining area, storage room and extra separate WC are on the ground floor.

In front is a 16 m² terrace, partly covered.

Upstairs you will find a hallway with closet, shower room with window and bedroom with balcony.



Quietly located, between the directly adjacent beautiful city forest and the Lindenpark, 5 minutes walk to the beach, shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, marina and pier within easy walking distance.

Wir hatten wünderschönes Wetter. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Hund war optimal. Gleich nebenan war der Wald zum genießen. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Ich war rundum zufrieden! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich in renoviertem Zustand. Sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber. Als ich angekommen bin, fühlte es sich sofort so an, als wenn die Eigentümer:innen selbst dort regelmäßig einkehren - eingerichtet, wie sie es sich selber wünschen würden. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr durchdacht und praktisch. Alles da. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert, schnell und nett. Cons: Alles ok. Ich kann nix negatives zu sagen.
