Surrounded by lush greenery, the "Am Rosenhof" vacation rental complex was built in 1997–98 and is located in a very quiet area. No street noise will disturb your vacation. You can enjoy a pleasant vacation in the modernly furnished apartments and suites. Our vacation apartments range in size from 35 to 70 square metres, some of which are duplexes, and all feature a terrace or balcony.

The vacation apartments are part of the “Rosenhof” apart-hotel. This means you can take advantage of the hotel’s services. You can book breakfast and daily cleaning of your apartment as add-ons. The vacation apartment is located on the edge of Baltic Park. It’s about 150 metres to the Baltic Sea.



Apartment No. 15 is a beautiful two-room apartment with a south-facing balcony. It measures approximately 39 square metres.
The price for Apartment No. 15 includes free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), linens for 2 people, and final cleaning. You can book daily cleaning and breakfast as add-ons.
A free parking space is available at the vacation apartments.
The modernly designed vacation apartment on the 1st floor features an open-concept living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a balcony. The functional kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various kitchenware. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the apartment’s pleasant overall impression.
There is no elevator in the building. In the basement of Building II, there is a room with a washing machine and dryer. These may be used for a fee.



Apartment 15:

This cozy vacation apartment offers 39 m² of space for up to 3 people and is located just about 150 metres from the beach. A separate sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, a bright living area with a high-quality sofa bed, and a modern kitchenette ensure a pleasant stay.

The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, renovated in 2020, features a walk-in shower and offers additional comfort.

Your dog is also welcome in this vacation rental. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge. Cozy outdoor seating also invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh Baltic Sea air.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
