The Haus am Park in the Baltic Park was stylishly renovated and opened as a holiday complex in May 1999. The former park hotel is located close to the center in the district of Kühlungsborn-West. A partial sea view from the balconies gives the house that certain something. There is an elevator and a bicycle storage room in the house. There is a parking space for each apartment.

Haus am Park 01:
Only 80 m from the beach you live in a modern 2-room apartment. The 40 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and is on two floors. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, sideboard, shelf, cable TV, radio, dining area (dining table and 4 chairs) and a kitchenette. The kitchenette was modernly equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, two-burner hob, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. In the bedroom, which you can reach via a staircase in the apartment, there is a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment. The small terrace faces the north side.

Wunderschöne Umgebung

Das Appartment hätte etwas sauberer sein können, war aber ansonsten ok. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto) in der Nähe. Der Wer zum Strand ist vielleicht 100 Meter lang. Es gibt direkt einen Bäcker Junge und mehrere Restaurants. Der Bahnhof Kühlungsborn West mit Abfahrt der Molli, einer Busstation (121 bis Rostock) und einer Haltestelle des Bäder Express ist in 10-15 zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht allzu tief und zur Hälfte mit Strandkörben besetzt. Leider kümmert sich niemand um die vielen, vielen Algen. Dass die Kurtaxe nicht im Preis der Wohnung inbegriffen ist, sollte erwähnt werden im Angebot (3€/Tag). Man kann dort wirklich viele unternehmen: Die lange Promenade bis zur Seebrücke ist sehr schön (immer mal WCs) und lädt zurm Spaziergang ein, eine Fahrt mit der Molli nach Heiligendamm lohnt sich, der Bäderexpress fährt zum Hafen und gibt einen Rundum-Einblick in Kühlungsborn , mit dem 121er Bus ab Bahnhof West in Richtung Rerik kann man eine Station nach Bastorf fahren und sich einen Leuchtturm ansehen, an dem ein nettes Café ist. Insgesamt lohnt sich ein Besuch.
