This historic building, once the Kurhaus in Kühlungsborn, was rebuilt in 2000 based on the design of the original Kurhaus. The “Haus Meeresblick” vacation apartment complex combines turn-of-the-century seaside resort architecture with modern design. The newly built and generously appointed vacation apartments are located directly on the sea, and some offer an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. You can spend your vacation in modern, well-equipped vacation apartments ranging from 45 to 60 square metres in size. The building features a café, elevators, an underground parking garage, a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and a trash room (please separate your trash!).



Apartment WM110 is a modern one-bedroom apartment with a south-facing balcony and is approximately 48 square metres in size. The price for vacation apartment WM110 includes password-protected Wi-Fi (subject to availability), linens for 2 people, and final cleaning. Parking space no. 36 in the underground garage (1.70 m high) is available free of charge with the apartment. This functionally designed vacation apartment on the 1st floor features an open living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a balcony. The functional kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various kitchenware. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the apartment’s amenities.

Just a few steps from the fine sandy beach, this cozy vacation apartment awaits you. With approximately 48 m² of living space, the apartment accommodates up to four people and combines comfortable amenities with the perfect location for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.

The bright living area invites you to relax with a cozy sleeper sofa, two armchairs, cable TV, and a radio. The open kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights. A TV completes the amenities. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet.

A special highlight: You can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air from the balcony, which is furnished with seating. The beach is just a few steps away via direct access from the building—ideal for spontaneous walks by the sea or relaxing days by the water.

An elevator in the building and its location right next to the elevator make the apartment easily accessible even for guests with limited mobility. A free parking space in the underground garage and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are also provided.

The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, sideboard, bookshelf, cable TV, radio, dining area (dining table and 4 chairs), and a kitchenette. The south-facing balcony offers a wonderful view of Baltic Park. The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchenette is modernly equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, completes the apartment.
