Die Lage ist perfekt - fußläufig nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah vorhanden, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Handtücher abgenutzt und blutbefleckt - ansonsten wundervoll! Empfehlenswert!

Gut gelegen für Familie und Oma

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, auch mit kleinen Kindern (3-5) kommt man gut zufuß an den Strand und kann unterwegs bei einem Discounter einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für Eltern mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einem weiteren Erwachsenen (Oma). Leider wurde nicht die Gelegenheit genutzt in der Tiefgarage Lademöglichkeiten für e-Autos bereitzustellen. In ganz KB-West gibt es keine öffentliche Ladepunkte. Es muss auch keine Wallbox sein, eine gut abgesicherte Steckdose würde schon reichen, daher gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Highlight ist das Elternschlafzimmer unter dem Dach mit eigener Terrasse.
