Don't try self-check in
Posted Jan. 27, 2024 on HotelsSelf check in experience is awful. The machine won't recognize the confirmation no. or your name. The hotel has a different set of confirmation, that means their system is not linking well. Don't waste time to do self check in.
They only prepare 1 set of slipper for 2 pax, they may charge you for exchange 60YEN for the extra one.

Other than it’s not sound proof, everything else was fine. I couldn’t sleep because I could hear the noise of people closing their doors, walking past by, or sounds from the station

Pros: Comveniently close to Kumamoto station. Good value for money. Cons: Bed is uncomfortable.
