4500 sq. ft. home features a spacious deck overlooking a pond where you can enjoy fishing. Private heated pool with the diving board, hot tub. Pool house with refrigerator, kitchenet, full bathroom and seating area, where you can relax and watch TV.

This home was great for our stay, total of 15 people from ages 1 to 60 for 3 nights. Some of us ventured out for some local activities but you really don't need to especially if there is good weather. We tried fishing in the pond, played basketball, soccer, pool, had an easter egg hunt, enjoyed smores at the firepit, and more. The living room area is much bigger than the pictures give credit for. The room sizes are perfect. The host is amazing, always so responsive and just great service. My only notes (not criticisms, just things that you might want to know when booking): for my plus sized friends, the shower with the windowpane-like doors is a bit tight; for anyone with trouble with stairs, the living room and kitchen are on the second floor so even if you give them the 1st floor bedrooms/bathroom they will still likely need to use the stairs; 1 of 5 bathrooms is in the pool house so 4 bathrooms when pool is out of season and 1 of them is in the master suite (which is amazing and huge with the nook). It might be good to add a picture of floor mapping showing where each bedroom/bath is, just helps to plan. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The host replied to me very promptly. The house was great & the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you need to cook. I didn’t see any baking sheets though. I don’t believe the temperature of the oven was correctly calibrated. We tried cooking chicken thighs in there and after 10 minutes at 400 they were still completely raw. The oven works, but I had to bump it up to 475 and eventually just used the grill. The house itself appeared clean and the linens as well as towels all seemed clean, but the floors were filthy. I made the host aware, and it didn’t seem like my concern was addressed. Our children were barefoot because we didn’t want them to slip while running around and their feet were completely black prior to even using the fireplace. We moved one of the pullout couches to make it a pullout couch and there was trash underneath it. I’m sure the host is not aware of the poor job the cleaner is doing, but hopefully this will be rectified for future uses. I actually had to mop. The mop bucket & mop were both dirty. The house is also poorly heated. We actually had to Instacart additional space heaters. There is one do you want me to play it again at the house however they were being used by others.

The house was perfect for our group of 15. The 4 couples all got their own rooms as did our 2 older teens with the younger kids able to share since each room had both a bed and a couch that converted to a bed. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided throughout. We had to work a bit, opening and closing vents, to get the HVAC to balance with some rooms being noticeably warmer/cooler than others. A couple space heaters were provided, which were very nice to have. I’d suggest getting a couple more of those as well as a snow shovel. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly to any questions I had. We’d stay here again and would recommend the home to others visiting the area.

Beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and came with all the kitchen necessities you may need, as well as towels, comforters and bed linen. My family really enjoyed the game room, beautiful sunrise right on the lake, and the privacy of the grounds.We would definitely rent again.

Great place for a family get together. Pool was warm and tuzzi was hot. Big table for meals. We had older people that did not do well with all the steps. Pool house was awesome to have bathroom and fridge so close. Did a little fishing in the pond.

Long family weekend

There is lots of space for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious, the living room is very large to all hangout. Also lots to do basketball, pickleball, swim, enjoy the hot tub, or sit by the fire. Would recommend this place for a large group to stay.

Great place for families

The house was beautiful and accommodated 10 children and 11 adults comfortably. The living area is up a flight of stairs and the kitchen is small for the size of the house, but those are our only complaints. The dining room table was nice and big. The pool and pool house exceeded expectations and the billiard/ping pong room was a lot of fun. The big living room with four couches was easy to arrange so we could all talk together. And we enjoyed the back deck with the big grill and view of the pond. We also played pickleball and volleyball on the well kept court out front. The location was close to a phenomenal water park, a family-friendly lake, a nice winery, and a large general store. We had a great time! Thank you to property owner, Eugene, who was very prompt to answer questions. I recommend this property.
The family really enjoyed the pool!

Family Pocono Vacation

We all had a great time once again, in the Poconos. The house fit 17 of us comfortably. It was not quite as luxurious as the pictures make it out to be, but it was very nice. Had it been really high-end, I would have constantly worried about my grandchildren breaking something. That said, I think it was pretty perfect for our family. The pool was great. We had no problems at all during the week. It was close to things our children wanted to do with their families too. Fortunately for us, the weather also cooperated and was beautiful the whole week. I would rent again.

Could have been so much nicer

The location and size of the house was great. However, the house wasn’t clean. There was dog hair on the beds and furniture the sheets were folded on the beds but were damp and in some cases, really wet. The house had an enormous number of flies and there was garbage in a garbage can, and odd left over things like a sock a water bottle and some food under beds and around the bedrooms. The owner did immediately send a cleaning person when we contacted him but they did the minimum. Also the house has no book with information so we could never get the a/c to work properly — some rooms were hot while others were freezing. The remote for the tv was really difficult to work and we discovered our last day that it was the remote for the tv in the kitchen. Again instructions would have been helpful. The dishwasher was very problematic dishes rarely came out clean and we had to hand wash a lot of them. Also there were not enough towels especially considering the house has a pool. The most problematic thing was the power went out and the house had no lanterns or flashlights. We contacted the host and he agreed to reimburse us for purchasing these items. However he failed to tell us that without power, we had no water. While he can’t control the power company, he should have had a contigency for a total lack of power. Although he responded quickly when we contacted him, he wasn’t proactive in helping us. We had small children, so this was a stressful day. Finally the “lake” is real day
