This floor also has two bedrooms, two toilets, a bathroom, a steam sauna, and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying cabinet.

The upper floor includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom and bathtub, as well as three additional bedrooms (one with a loft featuring two extra beds). There’s also a lounge area with a TV and a sofa bed.

The ground floor houses a well-equipped gym, a TV lounge area with a sofa bed, and the villa’s technical rooms.
