The host quickly responded to all of our questions. The house was nicer than the photos! The layout is wonderful and is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The decor is is calm and relaxing. Our stay took place in January to avoid a winter storm at home. The house is 3 short blocks from the beach. The large paved parking under the house would be great in the summer time. Extremely spacious for vehicles and room for rekaxing in shade and all your beach stuff. Front and back porches were good size. We would definitely stay here again anytime of year.

Great beach vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Short walk to the beach, beautiful house, and very roomy. I've been renting vacation homes for years and this is a great vacation home. The only thing i think they should consider adjusting is leaving some cleaning supplies(trash bags, multisurface cleaner, dish towels) and a better broom for sweeping the floors.

Fall Kure Beach Family Trip

We returned for the 2nd year in a row to Kure Beach and decided on this property for our stay. The house was very convenient to everything and was clean throughout. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Very nice house in a great location. Listing was quite accurate. The hit for us was the outdoor shower which we used every day. One thing needs addressing are the intake vents for the HVAC. They need to be cleaned!!!!

What the Doctor Ordered

The house was exactly as advertised, perfect for a family vacation. We've been coming to Kure for about 10 years, spending our days reading on the beach and body surfing, and this house was one of our favorites. Everything worked and we had absolutely zero issues. We hope to be back next year.

Great house for family in Kure Beach

The house is very nice and open. Plenty of space for a family of 5 for time in Kure Beach. The house is walking distance to the beach and was stocked with everything we needed for a home away from home stay. We would love to come back again and stay at this house as it was exactly what we were looking for and more.

Spacious house, great location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Everything was clean & comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and how close we were to attractions such as the aquarium, the boardwalk, and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach trip

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was on a quiet street and only two blocks from the beach, so it was perfect. The house was very clean...even the floors looked like they had been mopped, so it made us feel comfortable with our stay!

Conveniently located

This house was up to date and modern. It had all the necessities you’d need to feel at home, and for the beach. Even though it didn’t have a beach view, it was 2.5 blocks from the beach and we walked it multiple times a day, taking 3 min. It’s close to Carolina beach and their restaurants, close to the aquarium and ferry. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Such a great place!

The house was perfect! Short walk to the public access beach. The check in process was flawless. There was a slight smokey/mildew smell when we arrived but we opened the windows and aired out the house which helped with the smell. The property management company answered all questions and were prompt in their responses and very accommodating when we informed them of the smell. All appliances are brand new in the kitchen. The entire house is spacious and so clean. Our only complaint was the outdated living room furniture. The couch is old and not comfortable at all. There are 4 other chairs that are also older pieces. All the furniture in the living room reminded us of a college apartment/housing with a bunch of mismatched and uncomfortable furniture. For a new home, the living room furniture needs updated! Otherwise the house is absolutely perfect!
