Come stay in our BRAND NEW luxury townhome in Kure Beach. Built in 2021 (July), the home is entirely completed with luxurious finishes throughout. The home is elegantly furnished with brand new furniture. Professionally decorated by an interior decorator with exquisite details throughout the home. The open floor plan, high ceilings, and 2 master bedrooms make it a great place for families and friends to get together. The private elevator provides easy access to all 3 floors. Leave your bed linens and bath towels at home, since bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The home is located in a small private community with a tropical pool equipped with a bathroom, lounge chairs, and outdoor refrigerator. * The Pool is open from April 1st - Oct 31st and is managed by the property management team.

Step outside to the large deck located on the 3rd floor and enjoy the ocean air and partial views of the ocean. A private deck is also located on the 2nd floor master suite.

The beach area is 3/4 miles south from the Kure Beach Pier, providing you more of an exclusive beach experience. The home is only a quick 4 minute walk to the closest public beach access. A beach cart is available for your use. In addition to, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and an assortment of beach toys. The home has an outdoor shower to help you wash away the sand after spending a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is located on the side of the house.

The location of the home has so much to offer since it's located on the south end of Kure Beach close to the Fort Fisher Historic Site and North Carolina Aquarium. You can rent bicycles and enjoy a beautiful ride through this historic area with views of Cape Fear River, drive your 4 x 4 vehicle onto the beach at the nearby access point, or take the ferry to the charming town of SouthPort and enjoy a stroll through the town while grabbing lunch at one of the local restaurants. The Kure Beach Pier/Boardwalk is less than 1mile away. There you can fish off the pier, play at the arcade, or grab a meal at one of the restaurants.

BEDROOMS - 4 Total

Bedroom 1: 1st floor Master Suite with King size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, 65" Smart TV, and full size bathroom with double vanity and glass enclosed shower. Recently fitted with desk / desk chair for virtual schooling or "work from home".

Bedroom 2: 2nd floor Master Suite with King size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, 65" Smart TV, and full size bathroom with double vanity and glass enclosed shower. Private deck with partial ocean view.

Bedroom 3: 2nd floor Bedroom with twin size bunkbeds, room is best suited for small kids, shared bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 4: 2nd floor Bedroom with Queen size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, 50" Smart TV, shared bathroom with bedroom 4.

KITCHEN/LIVING AREA:

Kitchen/Dining area: Fully equipped with all new appliances and kitchenware. You will have everything you need to prepare meals. The dining area offers plenty of seating. The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 stools located at the kitchen counter right next to the dining table. There is also a half bathroom located near the kitchen.

Great Room: Professionally decorated by an interior designer with style and comfort in mind. Furniture includes comfortable seating for 8 with a sectional. Enjoy watching a movie on a 65 inch Smart TV or listening to music with the Sonos Sound Beam. The sliding glass doors of the great room leads to a large outdoor deck with an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the ocean air.

Overall great stay for our family. The location is great. Very convenient to everything and the beach access points. We stayed over the July 4th holiday and watched fireworks on the beach which our little guy loved. The elevator was perfect for my father in law to move about with ease. Would definitely stay again.

4th of July Stay

We enjoyed our 4th of July stay at this beautiful property as a family of 5. The space is modern, spacious, well equipped with all kitchen supplies, and has a great layout for family time on the third floor and the adjoining upper deck, where you can hear the ocean despite not being oceanfront. The kids enjoyed the pool and novelty of the elevator in the home. Our hosts were very responsive and gracious on the one occasion we reached out. Thanks so much!

5 star luxury property

Probably our favorite vacation rental of all time. Home was immaculately clean, furniture and decor was very high end, great ocean breeze and sounds with good ocean view. Walk to the beach was quick and easy, close to everything. community pool was super nice and very private, we were the only ones using it all week. Unit even had a wine fridge which we put to good use!

Restful, rejuvenating stay

The property was just as pictured on the listing. The house made it easy to arrive with the keyless entry and start enjoying the stay immediately. The property was well cleaned and we especially appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and toys. The community pool was an added perk. We would return to this beautiful house.

Rainy Weekend

We’re glad that we picked a beautiful place to spend the our wet, but lovely holiday weekend! The aquarium was very close and so was a seafood market. Thank God we had someone under 40 to figure out how to operate the streaming TV! Oh, the sun came out for a couple of hours on Sunday and we made it to the beautiful beach đŸ–ïž!

Amazing accommodations at Kure! Absolutely nothing negative to say. The condo was immaculate and the owners couldn’t have been more awesome! Every question was answered immediately! Ada and Henry are incredible and we would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation.

Peaceful beach getaway

The home as well as the amenities (pool and pool house) were extremely nice. Everything was very comfortable and met our family's needs. The elevator was a big asset, and the overflow parking was as well since we used that from day one. We were told right before arrival on Saturday that the lights in the Master Bath were not operating, and it took until Tuesday to get someone there to correct the issue. We have been vacationing together for over 30 years and when staying at a property that is as nice as this one, we expect it to be extra clean. There were dead flies in drawers in the bathroom and refrigerator shelves. The floor needed to be mopped more thoroughly upon our arrival. We always took our shoes off at the lower level. The floors turned the bottom of our feet black even on day one. The small room with the bunk beds needed a dresser or some type of furniture to put clothes in since there was no closet. The floor plan could have been designed to increase that room and decrease the Master adjacent. The walk to the beach and the closest public access wasn't that far, but with a narrow-designated lane to walk on, the traffic on the main road was a little unnerving with a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old. It would have nice to have had an opportunity to book the same week the following year upon departure, but that was not an option. The area is very family friendly; the beach wasn't overcrowded and the drive to get basics like groceries wasn't too bad. I was taught to always to leave a place as nice or nicer than you found it, and we did. Overall, we would recommend this property to any family.

Great stay

We truly enjoyed out stay! We were very close to the beach and all of the activities in Carolina Beach. The beach was quiet and beautiful, a short walk across the street. The house was lovely with everything we needed. Would definitely come back here!

Excellent Property and Service!

We were extremely pleased with the Kure Beach property. It is located close to the public beach access and the pool is right across the driveway. The furnishings and appliances are all high-end. It was spotless when we arrived. Henry was fantastic about communicating immediately by text, phone and email (probably the most responsive property owner I have ever experienced). I highly recommend this property

New and just lovely!!!!!

The owners are lovely and got back to us immediately when we had a question. The condo is beautifully decorated on all floors. 2 masters with king beds is a game changer for 2 families. All of the beds were so comfortable!!!! Baths were all very spacious. The owners left 2 very nice beach chairs and a buggy (which was awesome!!!!) and toys that littles are sure to love!!! We rented a cart which was a game changer for us with teens. The patio had lovely furniture and an awesome surfboard bar table and chairs that we all loved!!! We loved the location being a little away from the main drag of things but close enough for us to take the cart. Paying for parking is a bummer in Kure, but we really didn’t have much trouble finding parking. We would stay here again for sure. We loved the beach, location, home and renters!!!!! Thank you, for a really great vacation spot!!!!

Better than a Ritz Carlton

From the moment we walked in, the luxurious furniture, decor, and lighting impressed. I need the number to your decorator! The cleanliness of the unit was the best I have ever seen, absolutely spotless. They had a wine fridge in the kitchen island which we put to good use, and they even had a Sonos Soundbar in the living room and great high speed Wi-Fi expanders throughout the home. The kids loved the smart TVs to watch movies on Netflix, and the adults enjoyed the ocean views and breeze from the balcony on the third floor that was just so relaxing. The home had two master bedrooms which was great to have two really comfortable king beds. The walk to the beach was an easy 3 min walk with the kids, and the owner provided 4 beach chairs, a buggy, and tools to make sand castles. We parked 2 cars at the unit, one in garage, one under the carport, and we used one additional guest spot for our parents. The elevator is super handy for both older adults and bringing up suitcases, groceries, etc. We already booked a week for next year, and the owners were really responsive for everything we needed. There is no need to look anywhere else, this is a truly luxury home that thought of everything! Hardest part was the drive back home and leaving this little beach community :(

New Townhouse in Kure Beach

Pros: *property is stunning, *high end furniture and equipment, *tons of essential items included (linens, kitchen equipment, beach stuff), *owners responded immediately to call/texts, *elevator, *neighborhood pool is close (4ft deep and located across parking lot from unit and one bldg down) Cons: -4 minute walk to beach is mainly on main road (35mph) without a sidewalk, -driveway is small (we had one vehicle (F150) that just fit and no street parking). This was our first visit to Kure Beach and renting from VRBO. At 4pm on day of check-in I still had not received the passcode to enter the unit. I messaged the owners for passcode. They responded immediately with a code and then sent pre-arrival information they had forgotten to send me prior to the trip however it was for one of their other properties so not all information was accurate. When we arrived the code given didn't work. Henry answered my call right away and we were easily able to figure it out. (See the pros/cons for the actual townhouse.) The owners messaged me the following morning to be sure everything was going ok. The night before our checkout I again had to reach out first to ask for departure instructions. Ada responded right away with a pdf. I noticed that the VRBO listing said checkout was 11am and the document she sent said 10am. When asked she said 11 was fine but we ended up leaving by 10. Nice place and nice owners to work with but I felt like the management part was disorganized. This is a newer listing so hopefully the paperwork/management will improve with time. Great place for our family. Good rental for adult couples or family with older children. Suggestion: a dustpan/broom, a few extra pillows, perhaps a chair for master balcony
