Enjoy expansive views from this top floor condo at "Bianchi" in popular Ocean Dunes in Kure Beach. "Bianchi" is so beautifully decorated and well equipped, this condo has everything to make your stay COMFORTABLE and FUN and you will want to return any time of the year!

You will love the bamboo wood floors, stainless steel kitchen & appliances including coffee maker and Keurig, and upscale furniture, all highlighted from the natural light that comes in from the sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck. The living room includes a comfy Queen size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, and a desk to write those postcards or check out Pinterest on your laptop! Enjoy WiFi connection throughout the condo, The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed with a large flat screen TV, a closet, two luggage racks for unpacking and an en suite full bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two Twin beds along with a large flat screen TV, a closet also with two luggage racks. The second bath is located in the hallway and also includes a tub and shower.

Watching the dolphins from the large deck with your family and friends is an adventure in itself! The deck has plenty of seating with captains chairs, bar height tables and a dining table. Plus a relaxing glider to watch the stars above.

"Bianchi" has EVERYTHING you need to relax and enjoy your beach time!

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.

Enjoy the quiet of Kure Beach, only a short distance from the Carolina Beach, restaurants, boardwalk and shops. Condo is across the street from the Fort Fisher Recreation Center, down the street from the NC Aquarium and Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Excellent Condo with beautiful views and great location

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the 3rd floor deck is beautiful. The location is nice and having the condo amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) is a plus. The property manager (Bryant Real Estate) has an easy process of checking in/out. I would rent this condo again.

Family road trip

We traveled from Southern Illinois to visit family and attend a concert in Wilmington. We watched the dolphins every morning from the deck, enjoyed the beach everyday, and grabbed ice cream at a neat little local place. The condo was super clean and had plenty of space for my family of four. There is an aquarium about 3 mins away, a donut shop 5 min in the other direction, and we as also took the ferry to Southport for a day trip. We recommend a stay here for anyone wanting a beach visit with little to no crowds, easy access to everything, and plenty of stuff to do if you need some time away from the sand. We went on a walking ghost tour at night in Wilmington too!

No surprises

This listing is exactly what is shown: Super clean, modern, comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful location. Beds are very comfortable and drapes block the sun sufficiently should you want to sleep in. A porch on each side of the condo offers sun or shade at any time of day. No comfort has been overlooked by the hosts. Whatever your idea of a perfect vacation, this condo will help provide it: beach/ocean/sun time, relaxation on the balcony and/or enjoying the nearby restaurants/museums.

Nice, quiet place

The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). It was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained, and the deck was a great place to hang out and watch the surf. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the condo very much. Loved the large open balcony. The condo was overall clean although there were a few stains on the cloth furniture and carpet in the bedrooms. As expected at a beach condo. We did like the private parking and the location was perfect, convenient but out of the busy area.

Quick getaway

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Quick access too. Place was clean and had all we needed (with exception of broken dryer and ice maker which owner says they are replacing/repairing). Clubhouse pool and hot tub unusable due to too many chemicals that day. If you plan to go eat, plan in advance and allow lots of time for traffic and wait times. The unit itself was great. Beds comfy as well and back porch so peaceful!

This is a lovely decorated condo right on the oceanfront. The small touches make this condo feel very homey and warm. The location is great and the beach is just a few feet away. We loved our stay.

Ocean Dunes Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Court, Ocean Dunes. Being right on the beach made all the difference. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was exactly as advertised -- very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and located right on the beach. The spacious living room provided lots of good seating, with a large TV, with cable and Netflix, as well as a DVD player. The kitchen was newly-renovated with upscale appliances and was very well-equipped. Having a washer-dryer was certainly convenient, too.. The spacious decks off the living room and the front bedroom, provided the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. Kure Beach was a great location, definitely quieter than Carolina Beach, which was just up the road.

Everything about the unit was as advertised, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Furnishings were a bit too formal for the beach, but very nice. Check-in was quick - but no one in the Bryant office was wearing a mask.

What a view!

This unit was meticulously appointed and had a breathtaking view of the ocean! What a treat to see the sunrise over the Atlantic from the balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. The decor is beautiful, beds comfortable, neighbors quiet. We couldn't ask for more. We were only there for a weekend visit, however in less than 2 days we enjoyed a great evening in Wilmington for dinner and then grabbed the Fort Fisher Ferry (which is only 2.5 miles away from the unit, ) on Saturday and enjoyed a nice ride over to Southport and Caswell Beach for the day. I would recommend this unit and would certainly not hesitate to rent it out again.

We enjoyed our stay at Bianchi. Overall very clean and very updated. We had to wash a lot of the dishes in the kitchen before using. The beds were all very comfortable and the blackout shades were great in the morning. The location and easy access to the beach was the best part. During COVID, we felt people were very respectful of keeping distance on the beach and we never felt crowded. The only slight disappointment was the back deck. It was one of the main reasons we rented this unit but most of the day it was far too hot to sit and enjoy the water. An umbrella would have made it ideal. But, after looking at most of the units, we wondered if it’s against HOA rules to have an umbrella. ? Also, we longed to jump in the pool! We hope next time it will be open. 3 stars for the property manager due to emails sent that either never got answered or took days to reposed. There were several items that we brought that were already in the unit (ie. hair dryer, hangars, hand soap).

Stay at Kure beach

We had a wonderful stay with some setbacks. Our washing machine worked once in 2 weeks, which was extremely inconvenient with 2 children. I would never have rented this condo with a non functional WM, reimbursement for using a coin laundromat is not sufficient as it was a total inconvenience. I have to commend the technician who tried to fix out WM, thank you for all your help. In regards to cleanliness of the condo, I have to say it was very poor. In addition, the bed spreads were dirty. In addition, we had water bugs, which I thought were cockroaches initially. Maintenance offered to spray the condo, but this was not feasible with 2 children who have asthma. I was informed that these water bugs are common in the condo, therefore I suggest that it should be sprayed pre occupancy. The machines at the Gymn are barely functional, unable to adjust the knobs as they were rusted. In addition, the thread mill was broken for 2 weeks. I asked if it was going to be fixed and was informed that no it was not even though it had a ‘temporary out of service sign’. The guy responsible for this stated that it was going to be replaced at some point, but didn't know the time frame. He came across as not giving a damn. The Gymn was one of main reasons for renting this condo, what a disappointment. The view was spectacular and we met some amazing people. I would suggest to Bryant to have someone spot check the condos for cleanliness, check that the DW, WM and fridge are working, spray for bugs pre occupancy.

Wonderful Place

One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Clean , had plenty of space. The beach was very clean, and because the access to the beach was limited was not crowded at any time of the day. Everything you need is in the condo. The deck overlooking the beach was one of the greatest places to go after a long day and relax. Many restaurants near by and the drive to Carolina Beach was very colorful. Hope to get back one day because of the beauty of the area. Well worth the trip.
