Kure Beach Condo Next to Historic Ft. Fisher!

This lovely condo sits on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the beach which is 200 feet from your unit (I don't know how vrbo comes up with a 7 min walk, must be talking about time to get to the center of town in Kure Bch). This is a listing that is sure to please, I have set it up to rent to 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 children, if the third child is still small enough to sleep in the queen bed with you, that is fine. The unit sleeps four. As of 3/15/26 we are now accepting 2 payments instead of 1 payment to book your vacation. Note that if you blow up the location map it is actually located in the second building from the north in this complex. This condo is directly next to Ft. Fisher state park and less than 1.5 miles to the NC Ferry to Southport, a great little town to walk around in and visit several antique shops. It also is about 1.5 miles to the NC Aquarium, everyone will enjoy this.
Kure Beach pier is about 1.7 miles away for some great fishing, good ice cream and a gift shop and game room.
The pavilion by the pier always has some type of entertainment going on during the summer, and the boardwalk is nice to walk and sit by.
The military has a small base here within walking distance open to the pubic with tanks, helicopters and various pieces of interesting equipment.

The View

We had the best time at Gary’s condo!! The view could not be beat!!! The condo was fully stocked with excellent cooking supplies and a Keurig! Wish we could have stayed longer! The best is part was how you had your own piece of beach everyday. It was never crowded!!

Perfect for our family!

We loved this rental! The location was great, incredible view of the ocean, I couldn’t believe how close it was to the water! We have two little kids (5 & 2) and it was easy to walk to the beach each day or run inside if we needed a popsicle or something from inside, it’s really just steps away from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. The shower was really nice too! The pool is great too and can see it from the balcony as well. Also loved how close it was to explore Fort Fisher and the aquarium. Would book it again!

Great getaway!

My daughter and I had a girls trip, this place was perfect for us. Listing was accurate, we enjoyed the pool and beach being steps away from our location. Restaurants and entertainment weren’t far either! The kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and the size of the condo was just right! We didn’t need to contact the owner while there, but communication ahead of time was accurate and perfect. We hope to return next season!

Perfect Vacation

This condo was amazing. The view from the balcony was awesome. Being able to hear the sound of the ocean from the bedroom, well that was amazing too. Verg quiet and non crowded area, which is what we wanted. Condo was clean and kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. If I had to say one thing about it, that is a little negative is the pressure in the shower, but its okay. Great place and Mr. Gary was quick with communication which is always great. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We enjoyed it so much and would love to come back!!

Lovely property

We very much enjoyed the view from the balcony - right on the ocean! The condo was very nice and clean, which is very important to us. Host Gary was responsive when I texted and very nice. Great Location

We stayed at this condo location the past couple of years. This year we stayed at Gary’s place. The condo has a wonderful view and is located on a quiet stretch of the beach. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice, and the space is functional. I definitely recommend.

Cute, clean and comfortable. All updated appliances made quick meals easy. Comfortable queen size bed and two bunks, spotless shower and plenty of living space. Third floor balcony overlooking pool and ocean. Thank you for a great week.
