Pelican View A2 The Riggings

Beautiful views of the ocean, the coquina rock, and Fort Fisher with its abundant wildlife await you. The bedroom offers it’s on smart TV, blackout shades and built-in reading lights along with a deep king mattress, the kitchen is well equipped, and offers everything that you might want to cook gourmet meals. There are built-in cruise quarters in the hall for two kids or small adults. The newly refurbished bathroom includes a granite top vanity, a bidet sprayer for the toilet, a washer dryer, and a shower curtain that provides extra room. The living room has a sofa and a loveseat and a zero gravity chair with a four seat, dining table and a curved OLED 55 inch TV. The viewing deck is accessed by two sliding glass doors and offers 2 nice high seats with a custom table and a dining set.

Our Multigenerational Family visit was amazing. Cottage was everything we expected and more. Property owner had everything available that we needed. Lake was great for swimming and kayaking. This was a suprise 16th birthday stay. The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to cook most of our meals. Definitely will stay here again.

Check in very convenient. Good location and quiet despite being the second of three floors. Close to a 0.4 mile walking/ running path to two beaches further south. Parking limited to one car, which didn’t bother us. A few light bulbs out and the shade in the bathroom torn. Overall good for two people.

We absolutely loved this beach house. It is so close to the water that at high tide, you can sit in the living room and imagine you are on a boat ❤️. The owner is also extremely responsive. We hope we can return!

We enjoyed staying at this condo complex. Right on the beach; super short walk to the beach and pool. Stephen was responsive and helpful. We left a beloved blanket behind and Stephen and his cleaner are working it out to have it shipped back home to us, which means the world! Would definitely reccomend.

Step Back in Time

If you’re looking for a true family beach vacation that is not commercialized, look no further. This place is like stepping back into my childhood memories of Kure Beach. My kids loved playing on the beach and visiting the pier and arcade. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and communicated some things that were out of his control but could be seen as an inconvenience. We would definitely consider staying here again.
