The hotel rooms and facility is very old. There is no sound proofing, I could hear every single sound in adjacent rooms and corridor. design of toilet and shower is terrible, every time we shower the water leeks to the toilet area and I will have to clean. Housekeeping is very bad. The only good thing about the hotel was the AC.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the expectations. At check-in, I was given a room on a lower floor. During the night, there was a loud mechanical noise that made it extremely difficult to sleep. I complained to the reception, and they turned off and turn it back on later. The noise persisted, making it a very unpleasant and restless night. I expected better comfort and service, especially after paying for a Suite with sea view. This stay was disappointing and not up to the standard.
